1. bathroom sink was clogged at first use. staff should check that everything is functional prior to having the room booked. 2. bed bugs on first and 2nd night & to scratch areas around my feet resulting in lack of sleep.

I liked the location. Walking distance from old Medina resturnts and coffee ( have to say this not a high end area and not the cleanest ) There is a lot of fancy area but this is not.

Yes ! They have cut a lot of services due to Covid-19¿s But it¿s time to bring it back (if there is no restrictions why hey don¿t bring back at list the basic) No ice in the hotel no napkins (you can¿t hav more then one) Breakfast is very poor

All was perfect from location, room, and staff, specifically our room keaper Houda who went the extra mile taking care of us when my husband felt a bit sick she did all she can for our confort....

My room was on the top floor. I had a view of the mosque and the Atlantic Ocean. Marvelous.

Central location, but anyway taxi is needed to explore the city which is quite big. Good breakfast. Bar with alcohol. But the real value of the hotel is great hospitality, all staff is always there to help with everything from room service to travel advises, very good cleaning. Special thanks to Hamza and Talbi for making feel like at home

Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the Hassan II mosque and the sea. Great breakfast!

A very busy part of the city but good for exploring.

The location is optimal for most of the sight seeing and shopping, the staff were friendly and attentive especially Adel from room service and Ben Talbya

We've booked rooms last minute on the same day and arrive late at night. The staff welcomed us and was absolutely lovely. We didn't try the breakfast so we have no opinion on that. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. There was A/C as well as heating. There was no problem with leaving our car at the private parking after check out. I would say it's a safe choice compared to what other places offer and how unprofessional other places can be.Special thanks to Fatiha, Hicham, and the gentleman on the front desk :)

Towels were clean but you could see that they were small stains from before. Still I wouldn't say it's a problem as they were clean :)Overall nothing to really complain about.

Overall cozy hotel with central location. Decent size of rooms, comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Housekeeping staff keeping the facility very neat, reception staff are very friendly and helpful especially for first time city visitors. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Breakfast was okay but could be better TO include more fruits and vegetables.

The cleaning product smell in the place was strong. Our room was missing towels when we arrived, but they were later supplied.

The bathroom, the plates, cups, cutlery, tablecloth, everything was dirty. Breakfast was horrible
