Clean place, good breakfast, great location

It was no tea or coffee packs in the room.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was in prime location in heart of city. Rooms were clean, and quiet. Breakfast, Bar, Restaurant, and the amenities were top notch. Owner was present and friendly offering a nice personal touch to your stay. Everything was great!

the renovation Of the hôtel is great the suites are spacious and the personel very kind and professionel. The spa on the 7 Th floor is beautifull I recommand this hôtel the location is wonderfull

Very convenient location, at the center of city. Spacious room. Room is much bigger than average hotel room size, there's a couch and another single bed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The shower leaked water from bottom, every time after use, large amount of water coming out from underneath, even the 2nd day still water coming out.

Location is good, the staff is kind and helpfull. Fresh bread for breakfast, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets.

The Hotel is quite old with mold in the kitchen part. The taras was dirty, not suitable for resting. Some breakfast products were not fresh like butter and cake with mold.

Huge space, good beds, although a bit worn out, but decent facilities.Liked the breakfast.Nice location near the big park, tram stop immefiately in front of the hotel.Pleasant and helpful staff.

The reception guy never pick the call.And made me wait for an hour to see if AC works and then later had to change the room due to ac issue.Sometimes there card doesn’t work to unlock the door.Zero assistance!Exhausted!!!

Dirty and old. Very tired hotel. Bed sheets were made of plastic !! Bad sleep caused by broken windows and no double glazing.

the hotel was quite nice and it was comfortable. The location was good for walking and close to restaurants.

You can’t order a drink with dinner…no alcohol so that was most annoying. I respect their religious beliefs but don’t expect as tourists to not have a glass of wine or a beer with dinner.

Checking out was the highlight of our stay!

Despite no fewer than 14 mentions of the word "Spa" on the listing, this is *not* a spa hotel. Neither is the word "luxury" appropriate in any meaningful sense of the word - the balcony is adorned with pigeon poop and the kitchen equipment consists of two plates, a fork, two spoons and some working parts of a microwave. The fatty urine deposits on the bathroom floor are also an unwelcome touch. The staff is however generous of spirit and clearly doing their best in challenging circumstances.

Hotel staff could have made sure rooms were cleaned before doing the check-in. Afterwards all was good.Bar with loud music, heavy smoking and heavy cooking on the ground floor, leading to wild smells of cigarettes sweat and cheap beer soaked in frying oil leaking to the rooms until at least 1am... not for families with young kids..

We went as part of our trip to morrocco where we had been to different cities already. Not only the staff were the nicest people imaginable (& unimaginable) the building itself is in good condition. It was by birthday on the day of our departure but not not they upped us for a even better room, they made decorations on the day before! Thank you to kaoutar and Fouzia for this!!!! And to our amazing host as well, the video he made as a gift we will be remembered forever. Also it’s extremely well located.

The cleaning overall it wasn’t the best but if you tell them they try until they meet your standards. If there is a spa, they sure are taking their time to renovate it.

Room floor was dirty even after daily cleaning. Furniture in the room is old. Spa didn’t work. Breakfast was poor.

Great location! The staff was really friendly and they are the best thing about the hotel . The hotel room is really big and spacious.

It was dirty . The bed sheets had stains so didn’t seem clean. Luckily they changed them for me . The pillowcases were a stained light yellow colour even though they were supposed to be white . The fridge was not cleaned from the previous guests and had spilt liquid in it. The bathroom had this cigarette stench that came through the ventilator and also a noise that only switched off late at night. I hate to write this because the front desk staff were really great and friendly but the cleaning crew really need to step it up .
