Exceptional Service from Restaurant and Concierge Overshadowed by Poor Management at Front DeskWhile our stay had high points thanks to specific staff members, the check-in process was highly disappointing. Nabila at the front desk was unprofessional and unwelcoming; she failed to greet us and denied our requested room type. We were eventually assigned rooms that were already occupied by other guests. When we requested a manager, she was dishonest with him about the status of our rooms. Additionally, she tried to charge an unreasonable 400DH per child for breakfast.On a positive note, the concierge was fantastic and worked hard to resolve our issues. The restaurant staff were also a highlight—the chef even personally delivered a special request for my daughter with a smile.

The pool was out of service during our stay.

There was a slight delay before the room was ready, despite our advance notice a couple of hours before our arrival. This could have been avoided.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast very good. People at the restaurant very welcoming and warm.

Staff were good and helfpfull

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite the booking app indicating private parking, we were forced to park on the public roadside, which was inconvenient.The room itself had several issues:-Shower: Water wasn't draining properly, making it difficult to use-Bathroom Door: The door was stuck and wouldn't close, compromising privacy.-Curtains: The room curtains were stuck and wouldn't close, affecting the overall ambiance.-Bed: The bed wasn't cleaned properly, which was unhygienic.-Door Lock: The door lock was broken, raising serious safety concerns.Additionally, 7 When I requested to meet the manager, I was told there was no night duty manager available, which was disappointing.Overall, my experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this hotel to others due to the various issues encountered during my stay

I initially thought this reservation would turn out to be a bad experience due to a pricing issue (I booked at 7€, while the real price ranges from 80€ to 120€ depending on the season). I also arrived very late, which could have made things even more complicated. Thankfully, Mr. Tarik and the staff handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness. What could have been a disappointing stay turned into a very positive experience thanks to their efforts. Truly appreciated!

1- The receptionists ladies are very bad in dealing with me during my stay and they do not speak English well.2- The internet in this hotel doesn't work at all.3- The room is very narrow and there is a water leak in the bathroom.4- This hotel does not deserve to be rated as five stars. It should be two stars, no more.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and everything was excellent. The manager, Tarik, was very professional — he constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and handled any issues quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff were also very professional and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center on the Main Street so you can easily find everything that you need around. The rooms were very clean and cosy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They can organise a transfer for you to the airport from the reception. Also I’ve visited the spa for a massage and it was good.

Very good Welcome from reception staff with a quick check-in, breakfast also very good with the availability of the restaurant staff, they made me omelets at my request and tea as I want, comfortable room.

The check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and well-equipped the room was. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the bathroom.One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and wellness area — a true haven of peace in the heart of Casablanca. The pool is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hammam and massage service were also top-notch.The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to taxis and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. I also tried the restaurant: excellent food, good variety, and attentive service.Special thanks to the management and the whole team — you can feel that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I highly recommend this hotel whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I’ll definitely come back!
