The doorman was helpful in providing directions.

The hotel room was musty and stunk of stale cigarette smoke. The smell did not go away after we turned on the air conditioner. I paid more for a 2 double bed room. It was a standard room with 2 twin beds pushed together. Hotel is a 3 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of different foods. I enjoyed my stay there.

Construction was ongoing in the adjacent building, so I had to keep my windows closed all the time and could not enjoy the cool outside air.

Very friendly reception, waiting, concierge, and housekeeping staff. It is a commercial/ business hotel rather than a tourist one.

In the Spa, I got more than I bargained for, and I'm happy to leave it that.

While the suite was luxurious, the poor soundproofing was a major downside. We couldn’t sleep at night because the noise from car exhausts outside was so loud it felt as though the windows were open. This lack of sound insulation significantly affected our ability to rest and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service and accommodations.

Location is in the centre which is very good. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Internet speed is good. Rooms are spacious.

Fridge is empty. No soft beverages. No toothpaste toothbrush. Carpets are dirty. Rooms are not sound proof.

Great hotel in a great area of Casablanca I had a great stay with my sister, for a noisy street the rooms where absolutely quiet en great isolated. Everyone was very helpful and really a hotel to go back. There are lovely cafes and restaurant just across the street. And a great shopping street on walking distance.

At 8 in the morning, the cleaning staff comes into your room without saying service and without receiving any answer, and I stayed on the top floor and heard the sound of the elevator and ventilation engines on the roof.

I stayed last time and it was perfect but this time its really bad

Dusty noise music even though i called several time to complain about noise and music from other guest room but no interaction at all

The rooms were nice and the location of the hotel itself is great, it’s on one of the main streets and has close by nice restaurants and coffee shops with walking distance.

The floors were a little dirty and our bathroom door handle was broken.

The gym must be renovated, specially the bikes.

The bed was very comfortable,cleanliness was immaculate. Soundproofed room. Couldn't hear anything. The rooftop pool was amazing! The staff was friendly and made sure we are satisfied.

We got somebody else's room,then in the new room the light was not working,then the air condition was not working.

New and spacious.We splurged on a suite and it was really nice … liked the hallways. The breakfast was simple but excellent.

I tried to get some help from the bell staff when the taxi driver ripped us off by not using the meter and making stuff up about why the dad was more than double than the ride to the restaurant. Basically closed ranks with a fellow Moroccan over a guest and while this is not atypical in the country I expected better from the hotel.

The hotel needs some upgrade/renovation -Our room had a stale/damp smell-Our toilet wasnt flushing properly-Very noisy because it was close to the main road-There was lots of hitting in the ceiling, very noisy-1 toilet for a suit isn't convenient-Things listed to be in the room weren't, E.g iron and ironing board- Toilet consumables were not replaced
