If you are coming to casa just to shop in that Medina market than this is a good hotel for you it’s super close and affordable !

Hotel kinda old inside the rooms and need some renovations over all!

The front desk, Ismael especially, were extremely accommodating, polite, and assisted us with all of our needs in a timely matter.

The location was great, the staff were amazing, and our room was very clean. The only problem, that can’t really be helped, is the windows aren’t insulated so you can hear the traffic below, but it does tend to subside between 10pm-8am

Located a walking distance to the train station, staff especially Halima took care of us and I got an upgrade

I booked a room a paid for it. I sent an email asking that my friend be admitted on the first day of the booking and I would join him the next day. They refused him admission late in the day and cancelled the reservation. He spent the night outside. He said the staff was rude. This is unforgivable and I hope there is follow-up . I would like to know that this happened.

I would like to sincerely thank Subaie, the receptionist at Oum Palace Hotel, for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome.I would also like to express my special thanks to Halima, the Housekeeping Manager, for her hospitality, kindness, and great support. I truly appreciate her effort in providing me with a room three hours before the official check-in time, which made my arrival very comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was good. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to the train station and the city center.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oum Palace Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was very rich, varied, and delicious. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to the receptionists Walid and Salma for their professionalism and warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

    Nothing to complain

    Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely terrible stay. The shower had barely any water pressure and the water wasn’t warm at all—lukewarm at best. When I reported it, the receptionist was useless. I had to wait over an hour just to be told I could use another room to shower, then come back to my original room. Completely ridiculous. The room itself was disgusting. The walls looked dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, which honestly made the whole place feel grimy and neglected. The location is dodgy as F, especially at night. Did not feel safe walking around at all. On top of that, the noise was unbearable—you can hear everything, so good luck sleeping.Overall, awful experience. Poor service, dirty rooms, sketchy location, and zero comfort. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

there was repairworks in the room next to me for 2 full ays. A warning or notice wouldve been useful instead of me waking up to the sounds of cracking concrete.

    Good location and breakfast

The rooms are updated,, areas are in need of refurbishing

    2MehdyPosted on: 11-20-2025

    The staff was friendly.

The rooms are small-ish and not that clean. Saw a small cockroach in the shower during the night.

    3SaharPosted on: 11-6-2025

    I surprised why 4 stars!!

The stuff are not welcomed, I had to say something about that, Hajer was not professional enough to deal with the client, i stayed just one night it was worst experience, the room not clean enough, they cleaned the lobby in old ways, the furniture was old , room had smelled bad ,

I booked the Suite, the staff was incredibly nice, the food was really good!

We had some AC issues, there was a smell coming in from the vents. The spa need to work on being a quiet zone.

    3wendiPosted on: 8-25-2025

    Close to the Medina.

The hotel was not well maintained. The rooms had black mould on the ceiling and bathroom. The rooms were very moist and the air con smelt mouldy. There was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The doors didn't shut automatically. You really had to push them. The staff were pleasant but did not accomplish anything. Booked a taxi with the front desk. When we came down for it she looked completely lost like she completely forgot. But then said they were unavailable and we had to get a normal taxi which had no air con and was filthy. They offered to provide us a better room next time. But We will not be back. It doesn't need to be luxurious just clean. And if you dont know the state of the rooms there is a problem. Every other experience in Morocco was fantastic.

Friendly and supportive staff. The manager Mr. Salah and the receptionist Mr. Ismail were both very nice. Parking (in front of the building) was provided.

I just had an issue withy room AC. It wasn’t that much cooling but it was me who didn’t inform them, otherwise they would have changed the room.
