Olympic Inn Casablanca City Center

It was clean and the breakfast was decent. It was close to the tram.

The location was convenient but in a neighbourhood where shipments of goods were being delivered and there was garbage strewn all over the streets.

Convenient location. Nice, quiet, well-lit room. Everything was very clean. We felt safe inside the hotel despite the surroundings.

The staff could have communicated with us better, as they have shown more understanding towards non-French speaking guests. The room itself was very humid, with little space to hang/place our belongings on.

Cleanliness. Close to the tram. Short walk to Casa Port train station. If you were a tourist (I am not) an easy walk to the mosque, Rick's Cafe Americana and the old Medina.

During the day you feel like you are in the New York garmet district, at night it feels like skid row. The hotel entrance is cordoned off with a security guy. But, I wasn't there as a tourist so that was not my first concern.

Clean room, good break fast, courteous hotel employees, close to the center plaza.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel staff was very friendly. It was very close to the Marché Centrale, which was a fun experience to visit for delicious seafood.

The street outside the hotel was covered in trash and at night it was poorly lit and there were people fighting outside. I'm not saying it was dangerous, but it didn't feel safe. The breakfast was meager. There were pigeons roosting outside our bathroom window that made noise through the night.

Location and space of the room

No drinking water in the room. Breakfast need more improvements.

Everything was great. The hotel is located close to everything interesting to visit in the center of Casablanca. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

The room is comfortable and there parking area

Noise from near construction site, rooms are not sounds proof. The location in the real heart of Casablanca in a narrow and busy street

I do not recommend

First thing they do not have a luggage cart. Staff careless. AC and phone were not working they kept on sending me ppl to fix AC knowing we’re coming from overseas with jet lag in a hot day till I asked to change the room 7 hours later

The rooms were extremely clean and bedding changed daily.Great team, always smiling and ready to help. The lady at the reception helped me with getting around the city, taxis, where to buy some souvenirs and stuff.I would say, consider Olympic Inn if you value that personalized touch.

I wish there was complimentary drinking water in the room, but the hotel gave water with all meals.

Very clean and modern place, good size room and very clean...10 minutes walking from downtown...Don't be scared of naiberhood, it is Casablanca style.Very safe place, with its own safe garage.I liked the location...

It’s inside a busy market that’s hard for driving in or out

Staff were very responsive and super helpful! They upgraded us to a bigger room than we had booked. Very interesting location in the area where lots of garment shops and wholesalers are located. Good location to explore the "old Casablanca"

The A/C in the room was always switching off after some time. Even calling the house-technician did not fix the issue.

I believe one of the beds had bedbugs and I woke up in the middle of the night to a dead cockroach in the bathroom

Rooms were clean.

Unfortunately our stay didn’t align with the generally positive reviews as we had a number of issues. 1) The rooms were not ready to occupy until almost 6pm. 2) The front desk staff was pleasant but another older gentleman was somewhat rude when my wife asked to use a restroom while we were waiting in the lobby at 5:30pm for our rooms to be cleaned. 3) There was no remote in the room to control the ac/fan. We had to go down and ask at the front desk and he pulled one out of a drawer and said “try this.” Odd. 4) There was no hot water in either room. 5) After checking out early in the morning the front desk agent came running down the street 2 blocks away saying we hadn’t paid. We were trying to catch the train to the airport and had to go back to the hotel. We said he had paid on arrival and I had to pull up my credit card account to show the charge (couldn’t immediately find the receipt). Then he said we had only paid for one of the two rooms. I had to then find the confirmation and finally he acknowledged we had paid. I’m tolerant of an occasional issue at hotels but this was just one thing after another which generally indicates poor management. We will definitely stay elsewhere next time in Casablanca.

It is located in main city.

The sorrounding of the Hotel is not good. There are super old building around it and in the evening the Area is like super dark and i would feel a bit unsafe to go out during that time. There are too many shops around the Hotel.

It was wonderfully located and the rooms we were given were new and very clean. The staff specially ms Kausar was very nice and friendly and helpful. She made our stay really comfortable and helped us in managing in a short trip. Breakfast was initially not good but with increased in # of guests they made good improvements.

In our case there were two rooms in block, one with bathroom, one with toilet. Room were quite spacious. There are several parking places just in front of the hotel.There were no where to hang towel in the bathroom. High prices in the onsite restaurant
