Comfort Hotel Umeå City

The bedroom was quite comfortable. The general lobby area was quite good to socialize and even work.

Some of the reception staff seemed quite overworked and frazzled.

Why we stay here is best place , good service , good room and all cred for best service . Breakfast , everything is good ?

Maybe is the air want open little bit from window I respect the rules . Im thankful I could borrow use AC .

- room had no window (but I knew about this) which made it a bit hard for the body to know what time of day it was. not a very big problem though

Clean, comfortable, great location

The location is perfect. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There’s free coffee available 24/7, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.

Breakfast was nice. There were several varieties. And the staff was very friendly. We wanted to checkout bit later and the staff fixed that fast.

Beautiful hotel, in the middle of the city. Parking garage next door. Great breakfast.

Everything was good

It exceed my expectations,, I didn't realise my stay include free use of a sauna and a gym of which I was next door to. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Extremely clean and cheap, only 45 euros a night. It was great value. I would definately stay again. I love how warm and almost family like the staff treated me.

The personnel is simply great. Friendly, relaxed, open. Would definitely go there just to chill with the employees.

The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the bus station and the train station and is very close to the town hall and the river. After a very comfortable night the breakfast is superb with good helpings of bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs.The hot chocolate was a nice change from the different coffees, along with a croissant. The breakfast room was a calm area with a nice view out on to the street.It is easy from the hotel to reach the river and cross the different bridges over the icy water to get good views of the city before making for the station.

Fire alarm and having to evacuate in the evening in the cold.

The breakfast was abundant and varied, with attention to allergies and intolerance. The room was ok, warm and clean with a large enough bathroom. The hotel is in the city centre, at walking distance from the river banks, restaurants and from the bus stop to/from the airport.

- Guidance to garage was not so easy and go back and fort between garage and lobby...

The hotel was excellent, conveniently located near the city center, bus station, and train station. Moreover, it offered a welcoming atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff. 3

Location was great. Right in the heart of the city. TV was big, bed was comfy and the bathroom was modern and nice. Breakfast was great, too!

Very friendly and helpfull reception. I had problems with my stupid paying app and they were very patient until it was sorted out between me and my bank. Its located right in the citycenter.
