Nothing really. Booked a two night stay and cut our losses after the first night.

The walk to the room was creepy, looked like something you'd see in a horror movie. The wood floors were beat up, the furniture had a lot of stains, people at a bar below our window were loud until almost 2 AM. Just a terrible place overall.

Great location, short walk from the train station. Could leave the luggage at the hotel until it was time to leave.

Wonderful experience with this hotel during my one week stay in Umea! Staff have been really accommodating and took care of my dietary requirements for my meals. Room has all that I need, including a hairdryer and a set of weights for morning workouts. Breakfast is superb and includes smoothies and ginger juice. Dinner was healthy and varied with Swedish specialties on some days. Utmarkt, och tack så Mycket :)

Nice hotel with lots of fun details and decor! Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice beds.

If I had to mention something; my room was quite warm. A tabletop fan and the AC made it bareable. This is not the hotels fault, they dont control the weather!

Clean and calm, amazing breakfast

The bathroom was small and it was impossible to shower without spraying the entire floor, despite the doors.

The breakfast was quite good, with a varied selection of things to choose from. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was surprisingly good and I ended up having a 10% for being a guest at the hotel. The location was spectacular, in a very central area with commerce and cafés and very close to the river!

The hotel room was a little too warm and I couldn't find any knobs to adjust it. Unfortunately the elevators were a little noisy during the night (my room was right next to them) and I could hear them moving, although the hotel did provide ear plugs on the bedside table - but I don't like using those. This is in no way the hotel's fault, but at around 00:30 on both nights there were some youths blasting REALLY loud music from a car nearby and even on the 5th floor I could hear it well and it affected my sleep. Just a heads-up that you will be visiting a "student city"!

Very friendly staff in a hotel that is very close to the centre of town and to the station which was perfect for us as we were travelling by train. Wonderful buffet breakfast in a very calm environment that starts as early as 6.30am. They also offered packed breakfast if you need to leave even earlier as we did. They have good luggage storage if you need it. Excellent value for money and a very pleasant experience.

Close by if coming from airport ! Very helpful staff !

The car garage might be full so might have to park near train station! (Short walk)

All was perfectly adequate for our needs.Decent power shower ! Nice toiletries.

No plugs/ charging point close to the bed.No way to switch off main lights from near the bed (or at least i could not find - had to switch on and off by the room entrance. Breakfast was pretty basic - no fresh fruit.

Such a lovely, welcoming staff! Everything was beautiful, my room was perfect, with a comfy bed, great sheer, and complimentary cold/hot drinks. You have coffee and snacks always accessible in the main all. The breakfast was a feast, I had fantastic food and coffee. It's in a perfect location between the station, the main centre, and also close to the bus station to get to the airport. Strongly recommend!

Located right by central station, along the main road of downtown. Food in restaurant was delicious and many other options nearby if you want to try something else. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. Amazing blackout curtains on windows.

It was in the middle of the city, comfy bed and nice room! Good breakfast with a lot of options.

The door to the bathroom was a glass door that wasn’t covering the entire opening, it wasn’t sound proof and you could hear everything.

The room is good, wide and light up. Breakfast is the same as other hotel. We park the car beside the hotel and walk topoi.

That was only a night stay, but I liked the location and the nice staff.

The hotel is tired and the rooms at the back have a gloomy view over a parking lot.

The washbasin outside shower room, in main room. Not much space for your personals or toiletry bag. Just a bit unfamiliar, so not a big deal :)
