Comfort Hotel Winn

Excellent location (city centre), walking distance from the train station, bus stops practically outside the hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, luggage storage room available. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The bed was not bad, but slightly uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good. Public transport facilities are nearby. Centrally located.

I was there for one month and I can say only thing I like about this hotel is only amazing and professional of staffs and the location

1-The WiFi most of the time has disconnected 2-The bed sheet was not clean 3- there was no any kettle in the room which is not acceptable for 4 stars hotel4- there was not iron in the room and I always know it should be letter and iron in the 4 starts room hotel.And for me it was hard for one month without kettle and iron in the room( it was hot water and cofffe in the reception but I didn’t like every time I had to go down also the iron was only in 7 floor and you had to go there )

The hotel is perfectly situated in central Umeå. You can easily access most types of transportation to move around Umeå, or simply walk as we did. The room was spacious, modern and nice, and what a VIEW. We could see all of central Umeå. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was cozy. The personal were very kind and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Room can be more cleaner.

The corner room on a higher floor had a lovely city view. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from.

The experience overall was disappointing. Staff interactions felt cold and robotic, lacking any personal touch. The room design was impractical—way too bright, with a bathroom door that let all external light flood into the room, making it nearly impossible to sleep. There was no way to block the light, which was frustrating. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for resting properly. Basic amenities were missing—no mini fridge, no kettle, and no tea or coffee supplies in the room. Parking was also a hassle due to the central location. For the same price, there are far better options in Umeå that offer actual comfort.

Our room in 8 floor with city view was really comfy, it had silent AC, bed was really good (beside matress topper which tended to slide when you sat and get up from the bed). Price for a night was VERY competitive during mid july weekend.Breakfast was ok, could be better but with this price I cannot complain.

Hotel is in very central location so there is no parking next to it or even stop spots are scarce. You can park in parking hall which is few blocks away for about 13€ night.Lobby gets quite busy during peak hours.

I didn't like much the hotel restaurant, little choice and too elaborate. Simpler is better in my option, like the breakfast was excellent. Would be nice maybe some salad buffet, or even bigger buffet also with meat

There was no information ok the room about how things worked and the hours for the breakfast, or things to do in Umeå.And the staff was friendly enough but didn't really care about us, they didn't look up when we came or went.

Right in the town center and close to the bus station Comfy bed and lovely room Breakfast is good with a lot to taste !

The price :-) it was Swedish rally and rooms were very expensive for what it is.

Amazing view!

Would have been even better if the room had a minibar, water heater and instant coffee. I also would have liked it if there had been hair conditioner in the shower, not just schampoo. Almost every woman needs hair conditioner.

No daily room cleaning, very basic - no tea or coffee, no water boiler, no drinking cups. Need to go out in the freezing cold weather to another building for breakfast. Not worth the price.

Perfect location right in the city centre, with good restaurant options in the hotel and close by. Great room, spacious and quiet. Very nice breakfast, too.

Breakfast was Ok. Location was central and hotel parking is not available.

The first room we were given was cold. We were told to dial the temperature up and call the reception in an hour if it has not warmed up. Had to request for an alternative room.

Very bad sound absorption in the bathroom, every breath in there could be heard in the room - and we could hear the neighbor bathroom, absolutely zero view outside
