Amazing staff - helpful and kind. So close to everything - nice walk by the river, food, shops. The food was tasty and good selection. Even has a sauna! If it's not on, can ask and it will be ready in 30 min. WiFi worked well enough for video calls.

One of the best staff hotel I have seen, very friendly and welcoming. Surely recommend for everyone, specially for families with small children.

Shortage of fans for rooms in the scorching heat. Rooms were warm and we only got one table fan for 2 rooms. Also, parking is a bit expensive with very small and congested parking slots for cars specially for big SUVs.

I liked their catering crew who worked hard to ensure we had enough stuff to eat. The menu itself is also quite nutritious. Rooms are spacious and well-isolated and bathrooms had all essentials. The enclosed backyard attached to the restaurant is what makes this place truly special in the summer time!

It would be cool to have a small refrigerator in the room.

It used to be a medical center and the room is unexpectedly spacious, comfortable. The staffs are very friendly. It has an indoor parking garage. Breakfast is good. You can make your own waffle, coffee for whole day. Nice and relax. Walking distance to the nice surroundings. Definitely stay again if we visit this place again.

The Heating system at room didnt work properly. Breakfast was not good as much they had done before. The comfort of the bed was not suitable.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff and an unbelievably amazing service. The breakfast and dinner included was truly amazing on both nights. The extra waffles you got for free between 15.00 and 16.00 were just an amazing bonus, especially when traveling with a family.Definitely a must go back to hotel when in Umeå.

Maybe the one and only recommendation I could have to the hotel management is that the mattresses on the beds could be updated. They are way to soft.

Super friendly service, excellent location. Waffles in the afternoon was a huge plus! And the dinner included was very convenient and comfortable too.

The room was missing amenities such as tissues and body lotion, however the overall experience was just great!

Overall the best package in Umea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym, Sauna, Breakfast/Dinner/Fika all included, big rooms, great location. I had travelled to Umea many times and therefore seen many different hotels. However, for my needs (young family) this one is definitely the best.

In my opinion there is hardly room for improvement. However, I would appreciate a bigger gym.

Front Desk staff had to call the taxicab company that Clarion has an agreement with for exclusivity. You should cancel that contract with the cab company due to a NO-SHOW after repeated attempts and promises to perform transportations services. We had to walk in cold weather to the hotel!

Taxi services are non-existent -- that company makes Clarion Hotels look bad.

All was good. Reception staff were very helpful, dinner and breakfast was included. Dinner was buffet and from hot meat was only chicken but that was enough. There were potatoes and a lot of different cuts and salads and little things. Drinks had to be purchased separately. We enjoyed everything. Nothing to fault. The bed was comfortable.

Everything was amazing, from checking in to check out. I was at Christmas eve there but the staff are all there to support us and being very helpful. I wish all the best for them.The room is quite spacious and I got the view to the church. I can see my car parked there. The parking space is somehow limited.The food is great and quiet complete. I had a great dinner and breakfast.

Very nice hotel, very central. Cozy environment and spacious rooms. The diner and breakfast were very good.

Dinner was poor. Breakfast was good. Sauna was hardly warm. In general it was just an overnight stay on the road.Warm garage for a car is an option.

20€ for a child’s bed and same for garage.No water in the room.

Dinners which were included in price was low quality. Rooms are not in good conditions and it was not cleaned during 3 nights visit.
