Really nice hotel, it is air conditioned almost everywhere, which is nice during hot summer.There is nice lobby bar and restauraunt/bar in the top level where you can enjoy nice during summer.Room had good bed, TV, shower, silent (central) AC and minibar. Bed was quite good, not too soft, pillows were the weakest thing, one too big and one too small. I did not hear any sound from outside so the soundproof was really good, only some door slams from same corridor very audible.Breakfast buffet was really nice, and also the space where it was served. (if you don't mind occasionally the screaming children during summer holiday season - for solo travelers I recommend in ear headphones if you want to enjoy your breakfast)

No cheap parking options available for car. Closest parking hall costs almost 20 € per day. There are cheaper ones if you are willing to drop your car further away from the hotel.Room was not clean as it should be, nothing serious but I still drop a remark.

Great staff at the reception - Ellen was very welcoming. Very convenient location. Very good coffee available at all times.

The room seemed to need a deeper cleaning, e.g stains/marks on the wall. Spa was really underwhelming.

The mattress on sofa bed is paper thin....fine for 1 or two nights but not for a week!No phone in room, making contacting reception annoying..had to ring hotel directly.Not enough storage space/wardrobe space

Liked location, pleasant interior nicely done, nice restaurant, nice reception, bar and breakfast room. Breakfast was very good with healthy options. It has a small gym as well. I didn’t use the spa as when I tried I was told it was full because of drop in bookings which were unusually high that day. Will use next time. Restaurant was good food.

For some strange reason, even though the housekeeping staff were on my floor they neglected to clean and tidy my room on second day. Bit bizarre. I mentioned it when I checked out but didn’t complain on day as out and busy. They had plenty of opportunity as room was empty for decent period of time - they just never did it. Mildly annoying.

No ramps for luggage with wheels.Staff in the breakfast room not so attentive and there was no milk on the Sunday morning breakfast. Sunday and Monday omelettes were close to being stone cold, Sunday at peak period for the rally people and Monday first thing.

Clean and convenient.

Was not inform about the restaurant being fully booked. Looked like there were plenty of seating available and nobody wanted to really help me. Felt very excluded as a customer.

The standard double room was on the small side, with not much storage cabinets for your clothes and personal items. The only available "cabinet" was under the bench, which was quite dusty. The Nor restaurant at the top floor can get busy - consider reservation in advance.

I liked the localization and view. Breakfast was really good. Also the stuff was really kind and helpful. Specially the receptionist- Salma :)

The comfort level of the sofa bed. Sunken in the middle, too thin mattress, should have had a mattress pad on top.Family room, not accommodating 4 people… lacking hopks in the bathroom to dry towels, swim gear, lacking charging outlets by each bed

Lovely staff! The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable.

I visited the spa and it was a disappointment. Only one sauna, and only one pool and it was really small and too crowded. The spa was loud and quite stressful so I only stayed for 20 minutes. Good thing: entrance was cheap, so it was ok, and the view was beautiful.

We got a free upgrade to a Superior room. The people working there are really nice , and provides extra service. One of them even helped our 10 year old with making a grilled cheese sandwich at the brekfast. She waited with him the while it took for the cheese to melt, and talked with him ❤️ The visitt was really good, so were the room and facilities.

I genuinely loved the way they accepted my request to do something special for my partner because the interior design of our hotel room and the comfort were so good. I do actually recommend that people have nice time there.

Too expensive for what it was, parking not included
