Ok. Clean.simple.

No information in paper in the room. Had to take photo of QR code all the time . No person at reception when we came 9 pm. No good info about where to park the car for less pay. The food was mediocre .

Food excellent - the included main meal was lovely; the sauna free and great; room fine. Bed very soft but comfortable. Staff were helpful. Overall it was a good hotel, outstanding value for money and we would definitely stay again

Great location in the center of Umeå, with a cozy lobby and comfortable rooms.

Convenient location. The room is small but cozy and quiet. Very clean and smells nice. I really liked the mattress and pillows of different density, so I could choose a comfortable one. Thick curtains, which is very comfortable on sunny nights. Good dinner and breakfast.

I wish there was free parking :)

Good breakfast, nice sauna, soso dinner. Okay hotel for this price. But you should know, for this basic price you get a room in second floor ground. No windows, bad if you are claustrophobic, but good if you wanna be trained for living in a bunker.

Simple, clean room - sufficient and good. Very fine breakfast, simple but good supper. Nice sauna. Close to the city centre.

Breakfast amazing. Single Room ideal for one night for one person. Very near the bus station. Excellent value for money; even supper was included !

Can’t think of anything. Maybe hotter water for cup of tea in morning but that’s a tiny detail and very English!

Very good breakfast buffet with a nice view. Perfect location right next to the train station. Comfortable room.

Good breakfast, good diner, good price/quality

The temperature in the room (and hotel) was a bit high for me, and the air ventilation in the room kept making noice.

Good room with a good tv and easy access throughout the day.

The door was not very well insulated, and so you could hear drunk people running down the hall all night.

This place stood out because dinner was included which is rare. The place was lovely and tje staff were kind and helpful

Excellent and very friendly staff. Early check in and late check was possible without any problem! Very good food. We will come back.

Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, very close to Umeå central, walking distance. The room is pretty ok. There were two dinner we need to take away, staff in the hotel was really helpful to fix this for us.

The room was really cold. We were given a heater but when we plugged it in the electricity in the room stopped

the room was a little small, but enough for the effect I needed. the only thing I have to say is about the mattress, which was not new and sank a lot, leaving my back in tremendous pain

Room and localisation really nice, hotel easy to reach and close of the city center/ frozen river. Breakfast and diner could be more varied, but nevertheless good.

Lovely budget hotel. Stay included a simple evening meal and impressive breakfast. There was a bar and restaurant. And coffee and tea. Handy position, just a short walk from the station and many places. Really enjoyed our short stay here

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast options were quite nice, dinner was okay. The bathroom facilities was good and comfortable, and the included toiletries were very pleasant The Lounge was quite comfortable, and it was nice to always have access to tea/coffee, as well as microwaves and fridge and freezer. Hotels location is quite nice - less that 10 mins to the city centre and to the train station.

The room had very little storage space, there were no closets in the room - just one tall shelf with few hangers and bedside tables. There were also no hooks in the bathroom for towel/bathrobes, just radiator. Although we were there mostly during the holidays, overall breakfast time is a bit inconvenient for those who come for vacation, as it usually ends at 9 during work days.
