It wasnt clean, I found hair in the bathroom!The pillows are not comfy

The self-service check-in process was terribly slow and the keycards ran out, resulting in long queue and there was no staff to help.

Very nice room with great ambiance and great view with enough space for two grownups with a child. There was no staff at reception but the computer check in was easy. The location is absolutely perfect near the city centre on walking distance, with many shops and restaurants and next to the river. The bathtub was a big plus ( and minus bit that will come later ) just before the hotel is a parking garage next to the comfort hotel where you can park your car for 130 kr. For 24 hours. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff where very friendly and spoke good English. The self-made waffles where really nice

Breakfast gives you a time slot of only 45 minutes which I understand as people where searching for empty tables but it's not a relaxing breakfast as we would like, and unfortunately the choices at the breakfast not really to our liking ( except the waffles ). The bathtub was great for our girl, however when we drained the bathtub the bathroom floor was flooded. ( We didn't report this as we stayed only one night ) But try to avoid room 810 if you want to take a bath. The room was very clean, however due to the bad design of the high sealing when our girl blow dried her hair a lot of dust came down from the beams of the sealing. ( I can't blame the cleaning crew as the sealing is quite high)

Overall, it was a nice stay. However, due to the midnight sun, the curtains didn’t fully block the light from the window. The breakfast was good.

It was pretty, nice view, good breakfast and location. The room plan was nice and all info was available. Breakfast selection was not super super large, but it was well thought through and had some things that you normally do not find in hotel breakfasts, so that I really appreciated. Safety and ambiance was nice too.

The room was not very clean. The sheets had some small puctures, a stain of old lipstic/redwine/juice that was clearly washed but did not all come off. Bathroom had some hairs and all corners were dirty and dusty. The room was still cleaned after previous customer, but not very thoroughly.... Self check-in did not work properly.

Shower and tab sover was stuck and the water did not float away but stayed on floor quite long.

Great location in the city centre overlooking the river. Walls are a little thin so noisy neighbours can be heard. Rooms small but very well designed.

Excellent location and good service

We booked room with River view but were given a different room on opposite side. As per hotel they would convey to booking.com to modify the hotel post.

Easy online check-in and customer support. Excellent breakfast! Very good central location.

Comfortable room with view and bath tub! Very quiet, too. Perfect location right in the city centre and close to the river & park. Lovely breakfast in great ambience.
