- The bed very comfy pillows
- Everything about this hotel was excellent, the location, service, food, ambience and rooms... I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cali, Colombia.
Cons -
- There are some parts of the rooms that need some maintenance, I know humidity is hard on paint but I think the hotel should paint a little more often to keep everything looking perfectly.
