Exactly as described and it was basic with everything I needed for the stay. The hotel is also kept clean and the staff were superb. The breakfast included is one of the best I've had with very generous portions which was a nice surprise.

Downtown. Centrally located for everything but slightly noise but not in the room.Breakfast was excellent.

No elevator but they provided a porter to take my luggage. I just had to take myself up the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with comfortabie beds that made resting easy after a long day. Spacious and welcoming staff

They charged me more than the app, how can you have your own rate plus using “charge back” as an excuse to take 1.50USD off my card?

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The WiFi kept disconnecting and the water was always cold

On accident, the hotel over charged me- but they went out of their way to make sure i got my money back ?

I wrongly assumed they ripped me off on purpose- but when i messaged them about the mistake, they were very accommodating and quickly made things right

The hotel is bang on right in the middle of town, one of the busiest streets in Mombasa but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet, clean and nice the place was. The staff were really nice and the breakfast will take me back ?. The staff were very responsive.

This hotel lies in the bustling heart of Mombasa, not too far from the old town and close to the Mombasa mall which is open 24 hours a day. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Although the hotel is in a very noisy street (where many buses leave for other parts of Kenya), the rooms face the other side of the building and are silent. Breakfast was diverse and generous. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Location - excellent for work, right at the center of town, there's a restaurant right next door with good food and the bus station is right next door, so pretty convenient if you're travelling for work

Location - horrible for a vacation, the hotel is located on a very busy road and right next to a bus station, the constant honking really gets irritating. The rooms are pretty basic, there's no elevator and the shower wasn't too good. The rooms are quite pricey for what you get.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.

These were not suites! Very basic rooms in terms of decor. Restaurant next door was average at best.

I was happy to come again and met the same staff after 7 months .most hotel employers change staff like clothes .my soul was happy when I saw the guards ,the ladies.lots of love ?

Breakfast was fine. Restaurant complimented our kids with extra waffles which was very nice of them.AC in the room was working and we had a good sleep.

I missed a little bit of variety of food for breakfast.

Only stayed one night. Had a family room, was very spacious. Quiet, even if the hotel is on a buzy street. Walking distance to old town/fort etc. Breakfast in the restaurant next doow. Also had dinenr there, which was good.

Had a big room, they could have put in a curtian or small wall to seperate the two big beds.

Breakfast is sufficient including mixed fruits, fresh juice, bread , eggs and donut/mandazi if you want. For someone with a good appetite, you will enjoy. Unfortunately i could not finish because I am not really a breakfast person.

I think the bathroom needs a bit of more additional hand towels, and face towels

Room was warm, even with a/c. Didn't love the area for tourism but easy taxi around.

Super helpful and kind staff, excellent breakfast, and a comfortable room with good ac, a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The rooms at the back are quiet enough even though the hotel is on the avenue. Very good place to stay if you want to explore the coast using Mombasa as your base.

Very central location and food is amazing!! I went for dinner x2 in their restaurant it was great both times, as well as the breakfast. The bed is super comfy & showers are nice. There’s a little coffee station in the room which they refill everyday, I loved this!Staff are very helpful and allowed me to do very late checkout (5pm) for a reasonable fee. The building is always guarded by someone which makes it feel very safe.

Bus stop near hotel means you’ve to walk through a lot of crowds trying to talk to you / sell you things. Also at night it’s quite loud but that’s a given with the location. Regardless, I would stay here again.
