The room was very big for two adults a teenager and two kid one is a two year old

Balcony has a great view of the ocean

No hot water, faucet and shower water all coming from the ocean it was terrible! Then the air conditioner was not working just the fan, toilet and shower out dated and molding

I visited the apartment with my family, and what I really liked most was how spacious the rooms are, they truly exceeded my expectations. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The security guards are amazing as well; they are always attentive and never forget to open the gate promptly every time we arrive.

The apartment was clean, which I appreciated. However, we found a roach during our stay, and dishwashing soap was not provided. I suggest addressing these issues for future guests.

The 24 hour resturaunt was a good service, beach was easily accessible. Certain staff members went over & beyond to accommodate us.

Staff were slow, sometimes orders would come 2 hours later.

Breakfast could be expanded to include things like cereals especially for kids.

It was well situated . Litteraly the beach front! We could see the Sea from our Room and thats exactly what we were looking for

It was unfortunate that we were not able to enjoy the restaurant at night it was crazily noisy and we were looking for peaceful dinning so we had to always be locked in our rooms at night?

Jumeirah Beachfront provides a wonderful atmosphere, comfortable beachfront rooms with balconies, and serves delicious dishes. I absolutely love it! Both the staff and management are very nice and helpful. The property is fully secure.This is not my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last!

Location was good. Breakfast was continental which was okay, but form the time you place an order to the time you receive it took one hour in the restaurant. It was the same when we ordered Room service pizzas. Only thing good it is a spacious apartment.

All the crockery was not clean and had to request for dishwashing liquid and sponge for us to wash them before use. Bathrooms etc. were not clean. The toilet in one of the bedrooms was not working. Bathrooms /Kitchen taps could be in better state. Wifi was not available in the full apartment.

They didn't have a water dispenser. The temperature there calls for one. Occupants can refill the water for themselves

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, a very good breakfast, and outstanding staff—especially at the reception and beach area.

The hotel's extensive, unregulated smoking during the evening creates an atmosphere that seems tailor-made for smokers, making it uncomfortable for families with young children.

The beachfront rooms are unbelievable! The hotel is so amazing and at night turns into a great environment. The personnel is also very good.

The freshness of breakfast food can improve a bit.

Noise. Practically a club atmosphere outside. Music too loud. boom blasters (speakers) was available to everyone at the restaurant pool area party. Didn’t sleep until 3am. Even when I informed the reception who were hard to get a hold of eventually I got through to them and they said I should have booked the beachfront rooms if I’m sensitive to sound. I’m not sensitive to sound, the room had no sound proof and the balcony slide door didn’t close all the way which meant sound was getting through even more. I could hear the workers speaking from my balcony.

Their check out times are so early between 10 and 11, for a hotel whose check in times start from 2.30p.m. The hotel staff are sometimes slow to pick calls to reception

We didn't stay and had to cancel due to strong and unpleasant scent inside the room. Also, the hotel was not even close to what we expected and paid, far from the description provided on the website, not the five start hotel as indicated, rather a 2-3 star.

Everything, starting from the scent inside the room, poor staff professionalism, and premises, lack of elevator etc. etc.
