Best Western Gustaf Wasa Hotel

The location and the manager went out of his way to help us.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Excellent welcome and staff. Good price and the sauna was excellent and free. Perfect post ski accommodation.

The hotel is very cosy and well located, very close to the railway station and the centre of the city. The breakfast is rich and varied. Total atmosphere is friendly and homely.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are very dated and falling apart, which is something you would not expect in the Land of Ikea.

We went with a group of 10 friends and the stay was nice. The hotel restaurant has delicious food. Also, the breakfast includes lots of options. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location is closer to lots of other restaurants. Ski resort is just a 10-minute drive. There is a nice sauna and a gym.

Big clean room with renovated bathroom. Good breakfast. 200m from a super Italian restaurant called La Cantina.

The sauna was too small. During the breakfast the service was not the best. When we came most of the tables were not cleaned after previous guests and there where no plates and no spoons.

Lovely hotel with nice local touches. Very friendly staff and a lively bar with great atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic.

It was a little expensive. not enough storage for clothes in room - no chest of drawers.

The hotel was very cozy, it had beautiful mid-century decor, lots of private outdoor areas to enjoy, and the breakfast was the best I have seen in a month of travelling! My room was very comfortable and I slept well. The gym and Sauna were nice additions and added extra value to my stay.

There is nothing wrong, I would highly recommend staying here if you are travelling in the region, it was a great home base on the Dalarna Art Trail.

not the first time in this hotel, always satisfied there. Did not face any issue, staff is kind and willing to fulfill all my tasks.

Rooms was clean. Breakfast was just over-the-top. Certainly didn't expect such a breakfast for such place. Would come back just for that!

Good breakfast, ideal location, close to Borlange central yet very quiet.

The propert is cevreal located and easy to find. Has a great resturant.

The rooms have no air conditioning?!?!?! When it’s hot outside and the rooms does not cool down when it’s time for bed… you don’t sleep very well… they had a fan in the room… At least that helped some..

The location was perfect. We were very close to family, 3 mins walking distance and very close to the train station, the town and Kapulen.

An old calm hotel.

Weak breakfast. Small shower. Not enough parking area.

The beds were comfortable and there was a TV. Breakfast was good with different variaties of bread and cold cuts.

No mini fridge and it was not sound proof, could hear people lock the Doors and slam them because the door didn't have a slow stop to it. The breakfast didn't have a lot of lactose free options so couldn't taste most of it.. There was also a lunch/dinner place with a bar but it was very much like a stinky pub with ok lunch, not a lot of options even though it was a "buffet". Seemed popular with the locals.

Good parking, clean, quiet, lovely breakfast.
