Cons -
- Restaurante was shut for a private party so guest had to find alternatives in the city.
- During the first day, there was an event at the hotel, so the parking area was fully packed. Therefore, I had to park in another area 300m away and there was lots of black ice on the way to the hotel by walk. The other days we found available slots to park in front of the hotel.
- No value for money. Looked torn and tired many places, especially the room. Charged extra for an extra bed in the room even though it said no extra cost on Booking.com

The location and the view
No boiler in the roomNot sound proof
The stuff was super friendly!
No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No airco
It was a good location, fun that it had games like shuffleboard, ping pong etc for use, great breakfast and great staff
Non of the rooms had ac and because all of them faced the sun they got extremely warm, even though we had the curtains closed at all times. Made it hard to sleep and hard to even be in.
Great location near to the train station.
An aging hotel. The room was a bit too warm and too much noise could be heard from other guests. There was some kind of loud banging that continued into the night
It’s closed to city and electric car chargers
I did not like the breakfast.
Pleasant little hotel, very centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the gym and hot tub!
Some elements of breakfast could have been better (although overall food was very good) - eggs were cold, only lactose free yoghurt available.
Great hotel in central location. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Good facilites with nice sauna and jacuzzi, and restaurant/pub in the ground floor. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Parking available just outside but at a cost
Nothing major. Sauna temperature was quite high and not possible to regulate
Perfect location, very clean, great breakfast a lot of choices, very friendly staff. All in all a good stay! Very nice spa area , free parking behind the building .
Sadly no Aircon in the room, but they provided a fan which was fantastic for the hot summer nights!
Clean, great breakfast, good location and customer friendly staff. Loved the stay with family.
It's located in a great location, nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, has good enough selection. I love that they have some games you can play for free at the lobby. Receptionist service was good and friendly.
The hotel and rooms were older than I expected.
Above average breakfast. Comfortable beds. Proper radiator for heating the the room (easy regulating room temperature).
Small room. Sliding door without look for the bathroom. Walls, furniture and bathroom was a bit worn. Couldn't use Chromecast with hotel WiFi.
Breakfast was great, convenient location, easy parking.
Far exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel in Borlänge, matching or exceeding 4 star options in Stockholm.Spacious room, lovely restaurant, excellent breakfast, multiple entertainment options. Will absolutely stay here again!
Poor
Very small room considering the extra bed - and the extra bed collapsed during the night.
spacious and clean, nice sauna
not good TV channels
