Pros +
- The staff at the reception was very good. He was the perfect blend of professionalism with a bit of warmth. The location is convenient in terms of closeness to the train station and main touristic area of the town. The atmosphere at the reception area and breakfast area are nice. The breakfast is good. It is not as extensive as the ones you may have in a central hotel in a large city in Sweden but adequate.
- very comfortable, clean, central, great breakfast
- Close to the center.
Cons -
- There were a noise issue. We stayed there for a Saturday night and there were a lot of noise/music coming from outside even windows closed. A train or tram line seems to pass under the building which were also creating a weird noise in the room. The parking lot is very small so finding a parking spot during the high-season may be an issue. On the positive side, there is easypark parking lot across the hotel which were free during weekend during the dates we stayed. Some minor issues which are noteworthy but OK: The bathroom interior design choices are bit outdated compared to the modern vibe of the room. The design of the hotel is so that to reach some of the rooms you have to go one floor down from reception in corridors that are a bit dark.
- Took us a minute to figure out the car for checking in, but parking was easy once explained.
- The worst breakfast ever. During all my trips to all the countries and hotels, I don't remember where such a poor breakfast was. Cold scrambled eggs, burnt bacon. Flies over fruit, no fresh bread. That food seems to be served the same for months, really disgusting. The coffee runs out, the bread is not refilled, and the service staff is standing around looking at their phones. The hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. The windows are such that you can hear everything that happens outside. Quality name in this hotel sounds like a joke. The hotel itself is not very clean, maximum 2 stars, certainly not 3.

The location was great - right down town and just down the street from the Halsingland Museum. The iconic red houses along the harbor were right next door. It is a historic site and had a fabulous breakfast and very nice restaurant.
It was difficult to check in. I had to park down the street and walk to the hotel entrance. The parking facility was even harder to locate. You had to be parked fairly early in order to get a parking spot.
The room was tidy and clean, the view was excellent.
The receptionist was a little bit slow, but generally the hotel is excellent and met completely our expectations.
Nice clean modern room, fantastic bar and restaurant. Great Italian food and fantastic staff, especially Natalie who served me every night. She is very friendly and professional.
Excellent location, very good breakfast, also nice that there is a swimming pool and (hot) sauna. Small gym with (strength) equipment for the upper body. Good value for money.
Entrance of the hotel needs to be repairedWindow can be opened, but not locked in a certain position (so it may open less or further, depending on wind etc.
Location, staff, room quality,
It's always a pleasure to stay in the Quality hotel. Food is great, hotel is in perfect area for my work, staff is very friendly and helpful!
Only thing that I don't like is the fact that restaurants close so early but this is also normal in Europe. However, I've stayed at Quality hotel for around 22 years, visiting normally once or twice per year and there used to be vending machines to get snacks, beer, wine, drinks. This would be useful for people who don't make it back to the hotel in time to eat at the restaurant before it closes.
Friendly receptionist.
The WiFi kept turning off. There is no plug next 2 the bed.
I liked the location, very close to the station, city center and sea, by a park. The staff was very nice and helpful, they had a small pool and a gym!
The big pillows were stuffed quite hard, and while great for sitting in bed reading, useless to sleep on. The small pillows were better, perhaps some medium good sleeping pillows? The breakfast was good, but the scrambled eggs a little watery.
It was comfort and clean. Near to restaurant and near train station
There were some fascilities that I expected to find in the room but the room didn't have them, like iron , hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom.
very nice location, staff, design, room, etc, absolutely nice, great breakfast.
Breakfast was lovely and offered a large variety of food for different tastes.Coffee and tea was availableVarious milk offerings were also available.
Room was next to railway line which was not advised at time of booking or checking in unfortunately. This affected sleep pattern which was unexpected.
I liked the breakfast as well as the service at the entrance, which was very helpfull and efficient
Bathroom could be a liitle bit more modern
Breakfast, location, rooms
No ventilation on the bathroom
Great location.Staff were friendly.Room was clean.
Very warm even with windows open.Right next to the railway tracks so be aware of noise.
The bed, the complementary soaps' aroma and the location.
The yucky smell of the bathroom, the lack of air-conditioning and the lack of food/drink after hours..
There was a good choice for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Unfortunately we arrived late and departed early so can't really comment on the facilities or wi-fi etc
Excellent location, clean and very friendly staff.
