Rooms are very very basic, not even a small shampoo in the shower. Very clean though. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice and both times it took forever….even being first to arrive and sit, drinks such as zero coke and orange juice took 40 minutes to arrive…hotel seemed understaffed and some staff seemed tired or uninterested. Also staff created problems for changing wet pool towels for dry ones, saying each guest can have only one dry towel per day and cannot change it…receptionist had to call her supervisor to ask authorization to change my one wet pool towel and after more than half an hour she did it saying it was only for that time…while I had 4 rooms occupied in the peak season…seemed a bit odd to me. On the other side we had good support from another receptionist when leaving so perhaps its a matter of better training people.

The apartment was small, bed not comfortable. Not at par with prices asked. There was a drip in the ceiling and I had to ask the staff for shampoo and conditioner as there wasn't any in the room.

Old tiles, bad and sheets not comfortable, drip in the room.Plus, they don't issue the invoice for consumption correctly, they issue as hotel stay, instead of food and beverage, making it impossible to apply for corporate refunds.

The hotel is in front of the beach and the breakfast is excellent.

The drain in the bathroom was not working properly. The music during breakfast was too loud.

The hotel is very clean, and right on the Beach. The breakfast buffet was extensive. There is a games room, a pub and lounge too.

The adjascent rooms were noisy. The hotel is nice but it was a bit pricey.

Really nice beach front location, great food and staff.

It could use some work, it felt a bit run down, especially the pool and the rooms (old mattresses and bathroom). Everything was very clean though.

I was not satisfied with the service

I had chosen a 2nd class room, but they gave me a 3rd class room there, and the room that was given to me was the worst and the lowest room in that hotel. The room was in the corner of the second floor and it was very stuffy.

Location. The beach it is in is beautiful.

Rooms were old dark and smelly. Construction in the room across from us. The whole property needed an update. Mattresses were old. Mini Bar not stocked. Parking lot not secure.

Nice beachfront location with pretty views.

Food service was terrrible. The meals took more than an hour to be served and the wait staff basically disappeared.

Mosqitos, there been no any mosquito grid in the room. Just electric fumigator, which actually doesnt help. Dont think its a big problem for all of people. But for me its been a problem to sleep good.Another thing is that hotel employees do not speak english. Maybe a few guys and one day you can be lucky if you catch them, another day - not. My message to the hotel manager who will read this review - you should pay more to your waitor Gabriel, just because he is the only one waitor in your hotel who speak english, and its fair to pay for skills.

Position is good on beach

Room was terrible . Dirty , badly maintained , old furniture and overpriced . No reply from hotel after numerous mails after they agreed on early check out due to room condition .

Staff were mostly excellent, facilities good but a little worn out. It was a last minute booking and we paid a mega price. The access to the beach was perfect.

The food at Breakfast and the restaurant were really mediocre. Not awful, but far from good.

It need refurb every thing old and tatty , the bed was hard and sheets poor,There was a very loud music at 3.30 am on the beach woke every one up BUT i think the hotel sent security to sort it out ,it did stop, breakfast only average

This is not a 4 star hotel and neither value for the money it is charged. The property has room to improve but it reopened to the public before being ready. We had countless problems while there (which were also reported to the hotel directly). The main one was regarding the lack of security: the balcony door does not close and it connects to other rooms, which were also not closed. To make it worse, the majority of the rooms do not have a safe included (differently than what is offered on their offer). The Wi-Fi is very weak and loses connection every 5 minutes (and to reconnect you need to add login and password again). On our first night there was no hot water during the shower. And on the day that we decided to use the beach chairs, we had to wait for 40 minutes as they only bring it under demand and there were also other frustrated guests already in the queue. Positive things: very clean and big & comfortable beds. Beautiful location and staff is working hard to improve the hotel.

Only 4 spots of parking available inside the gate. The rest of the cars stay outside. Rooms are not well preserved: broken sink, rusty doorknobs, broken lights. The rooms facing the swimming pool are a bit noisy because of the main road that is close by.
