Pros +
- Breakfast, parking garage, kids room, area near reception
- Location & facilities were great.
- Easy access to slopes, and lifts, parking close by. Staff were helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms. Wide breakfast selection. Great shower. Nice pool and sauna.
Cons -
- Too old room, room was prepared as for 4 people (the sofa was prepared for two additional people, but we've requested it), you should pay additional fee for baby cot (cot looks hideous for this price).
- We came at the end of the season & our room was very worn out (holes & marks all over the walls, broken hooks & lamps etc)
- Rooms a little too hot at night. Pool a little overcrowded. But still a great property. If a busy time, best to book dinner slot.

The pool and facilities and location to slopes
Superb family hotel - fantastic facilities for kids and parents alike. Essentially ski in / ski out with instant access to the slopes. Great spa facility and large pool area. For older kids there is a full size bowling alley, gaming room, ice cream parlor and burger outlet.
Every thing was good specially the ski room direct to the ski erea , the was not special as we want to remember and the waiter while we are going out drink our juice with glass said you cant its glass , we said okay we will put it in the cartoon cups agian said we dont know what you have in it because its not legal to drink alcohol outside of the hotel , and suddenly a man come out drinking a beer next to ua outside , unfortunately not acceptable
The lobby/bar open areas were great. Better than he year before for seating. Lovely staff and sorted issues fast. Eating places were nice. The hotel is right by the nursery slopes and easy access via lift or short walk to the main slopes too. Truly ski in ski out. We went with friends and the lovely relaxed communal areas allowed for large groups sitting together with ease. The bar area was the same. The restaurant for breakfast also had large tables which was great. The system for the evening buffet is very odd. Reservations simply allow people to join a very long line. 7:30 reservations had us seated around 8:15 and lots of the food was gone and wasn’t being remade. No desserts. Quite expensive considering this. I wouldn’t book half board for this reason. If you do go to the restaurant you must arrive 30 mins before your booking and join the line. If you know the system I think it works fine. Food quality was actually good.
The pool is very cold. Lovely but due to being so cold with a tiny jacuzzi only (always full to the brim with people since the pools were cold) meant we largely sat by the pool side while the kids swam. The locker rooms also were odd. Our locker was given away one day and we came home to our stuff being out of the lockers and we had only a smaller locker as a temporary for the day while we waiting for another 4 person one to come free. Really the locker system shouldn’t allow other people to get a used locker. The hotel felt very safe so I want concerned about theft but this was very annoying as I had bits of kit that I wasn’t using that day which needed storing. I think staff would just take a verbal say-so from someone that their locker number was what they said. This means that it allowed other people to basically steal your locker the room also was very dark with odd storage. One was for drying clothes so very handy I will andmit. Only tiny shelves for clothes in the darkest part of the room. I couldn’t see anything. We also had a broken shelf In the drying cupboard that wasn’t possible to fix so couldn’t use this. We want to come again next year as everything else was good but the pool was a real down side as this forms a big part of a ski holiday for me. Usually places I go have outdoor jacuzzis and this doesn’t. I thought with a nice indoor pool would off set this but the adults couldn’t use it.
Location was great, good breakfast. Ideal for skiing trip.
Needed more benches in ski room to put on boots. Also extra pillows in room.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for ski lifts. Rooms were large and we had a nice valley view. bar area and restaurants were very lovely and welcoming, private spa was very relaxing. Great breakfast. Very family friendly- lots for all ages to do
Bedrooms felt a little basic and definitely need more pillows! Would have loved a more enclosed shower or bath. It was a very busy week so needed to book restaurants
overall facilities provided excellent entertainment on the slopes and after; perfect for children
food; not at the level of the facilities, very salty, one evening one dish was inedible; poor selection for children menu; all restaurants in need of major improvements
Good selection of restaurants.Spacious roomsSki roomDrying possibility in room
No warderobe for clothes except drying “box”Price for room on the expensive side vs what you get.
Great location, great facilities, good selection food options.
Standard room fairly small for family of 4, with not much storage.
just an amazing place, easy access to the slopes from the ski room so hassle free with the kids. all the facilities were brilliant and great to have as an addition to the ski trip. Breakfast was perfect and set us up for every day
Brasserie T - A nice restaurant but wouldn't advise with kids. its pricey and the kids menu is limited
Passable
Boring breakfast, no changes during all week. Green options is tomato cucumber and paprika, I was taking lettuce from decoration of other dishes During a day, - lunch in the hotel you have only Italian restaurant with pizza or pasta and one salad Cesar salad with mayonnaise and fat bacon. You have to pay extra for sauna !!!
The location has great ski in ski out right from the locker room. It has a large warm locker room with lift access to the lobby and hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The bar is very comfortable and the bar staff very helpful. The coffee shop is fantastic with great cakes and lovely coffee. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed.
Noisy room 5414 beside stairs.Tea and Coffee not topped up daily.Room a little ‘tired’.Pool temp a little on the cold side.La Piazza restaurant should have Parmesan to add to meals at table and bread should be provided with evening meals.Unwillingness to give a late checkout to 2pm.
Excellent location and staff.
This was our 3rd visit. The bathrooms are looking tired and could do with a refresh. Also, we stayed on the 5th floor this time and noise made sleep difficult.
The 3-person room was reasonably big enough. Breakfast was great, but crowded.
Bedsheets were noisy and felt like paper. Toilet was not cleaned or was carelessly used after clening.
good resortgood restaurantsgood staffs good facilitieseasy to go by airport shuttle
we don't get our room cleaned dailythe bath room is outdated
Location was great (next to the slopes) and there was also ski lockers room, where you could almost ski in :)Our (standard) room was a bit small, but cosy enough for two persons. We enjoyed the breakfast and that we did not pay extra for any services (ski locker, swimming pool and sauna, gym).
It was not possible to pay less, even though we were traveling as two people, not four as originally booked (because one of the children got sick). The sofa in our room wasn't very comfortable as it kept falling apart.
Great location, easy to get out on the slops
Very busy - especially with booking meals, could have done with more / better pillows / lights in room didn't all work
