Greate location, very nice room, clean and a real mini bar which is very unusual in decent priced hotels nowadays.

The room had comfortable bed and was fairly clean, but the staff did not clean it after the first day which is not something we were notified about.The location is great.

The staff did not clean the room after the first night.The breakfast room was pretty messy and the breakfast quality was not particularly good. Several bowls and plates were dirty and one had to search for clean plates and cutlery. It looks like the staff was behind on cleaning around also.The hotel is at the low end of 4 stars, given the overall experience.

Great locations, very friendly team and a lovely rooftop spa

The staff were so helpful, especially with booking taxis for our ski trip.The spa was exceptional - amazing views and lovely facilities.

It was all good, though the light was a bit low in the bathroom.

The hotel has a very cozy lounge at first floor and friendly staff. Nice and cozy rooms.

Very nice hotel in the center of Östersund. The room was nice and had everything needed. Breakfast was good and the staff were very lovely. Also visited the spa which had amazing rooftop heated pool and hot-tub with wonderful views.

Wish they had lactose free milk at the breakfast for coffee (just personal preference). Spa was nice but the steam sauna was not working unfortunately and the spa definitely needs a bit refreshening/touch up and more cleaning throughout the night.

Great breakfast - great staff. Exellent with all the different locations in one building.

Some noise from neighboring room - mostly due to a connecting door. The room was a bit hot.

It was my second time choosing this hotel and they didn't dissapoint. It is a great stay where it's possible to have a relaxing evening after a travel to hit the road the next day. The facilities are wonderful, the room has everything you need and the staff is helpful as always. They have a grocery store nearby with many options to choose from and everything else is pretty close to the hotel.

The man at the reception was kind and patient with me when I complained about the noise from the nightclub in the middle of the night. I felt sorry for him because he was embarrassed that he couldn't help me.

There is a nightclub next to the hotel - open until 3 a.m. The noise from the music and the people outside the bar was so loud that I couldn't sleep even on the 3rd floor.They refunded my room costs.But that didn't really help me, as I had a long drive ahead of me the next day and was exhausted when I got behind the wheel!!

The hotel is great on weekdays; comfortable beds with plenty cushions; kept clean by the staff; generous breakfast. Östersdund is also a lovely town to visit.

The weekend disco... this was notified AFTER booking. On Friday (and presumably Saturday), it runs to 3am and it is so loud that the room shakes and the door rattles. The room was also weirdly dark - very low power bulbs. I had to use the torch on my phone to find anything in the wardrobe and the full length mirror by the door is pointless because it is so dark.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, excellent English and delightful conversations made it memorable. The lobby area and seating was large, quiet and comfortable. Our dog was welcomed. Parking was easy, out the back and not busy when we visited in late September. O’Leary’s was a good choice one night for an easy dinner, even if not our fave restaurant (because of all the sports tvs!) BUT the food was good and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was served there—more convenience.

Not specifically ‘about the property’ but with out reservation through booking.com, we requested a specific room. On arrival at the property, we were told that the room we selected was not a ‘dog room’ and that the hotel knew this was an issue and had raised it with booking.com. So we were put in a smaller ‘dog room’ than we had reserved. That was a disappointment — but a reservation problem and both a hotel problem.

The massage ,spa, and the vibeAfter not being able to find a gym that was actually open, the reception staff were very helpful and directed me to a run around the lake. This was absolutely amazing. Even if you're not a runner,a walk will be just as wonderful!

Overcrowded noisy spa that was pretty dirty with old discarded towels, plates and glasses left everywhere. My room was hot and stuffy and even with window open and fan on way too hot.

Really lovely breakfast. Great spa (top floor) but it does cost extra. The rooms were clean and comfy.

Very low, steady bass from bar -- even when the bar was closed. It's like the music is never turned off. Also, grout could use some updating.
