Nice big clean room, comfy bed, a lot of hangers, very good selection for breakfast, private big covered parking lot all together in the nice quiet neighborhood...

The Shover battery should have been serviced a little or replaced even...

Small rooms, location (no access to lake side)

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent though the oatmeal gets cold

Free parking just outside. For me, the location was good too. Very comfortable bed. I didn't have time for breakfast, so can't say anything about that.

There was a ventilation noise, slightly annoying. You could really hear the "neighbours" and people slamming shut doors to other rooms.

It's a basic hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Pretty good food.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, spacious room, excellent shower, enough covered parking space, decent gym and sauna. Only 10 min drive to cross country skiing stadium and loipes

Nice room. Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. Breakfast has good food variety.

Parking is crowded place. Location is not the best part of the city, I believe. Would be nice with some pool.

The restaurant was above expectations for a hotel restaurant, breakfast was also good with a lot of choice

The bathrooms are dated, and some little bit of mould in between te tiles.

Terrible experience.

At counter, they told me only available room is a pet room. When i denied, after a while she said oh i found one. It was night. Morning i found out it was a pet room with a dog hair all around.

Facilities and friendly staff

Very understaffed in the restaurant, long waiting for food and drinks. Drinks for dinner served after food was finished

Friendly employees and easy to find. The location near a gasstation gives it a motel vibe.

I’m used to better beds at Scandic. The bed felt hard, which meant i didn’t slept really well. The breakfast felt a little down in choice.

Easy access by car, parking very close, flat and easy, pleasant staff, very clean and nice.

I could wish a little fridge on the room, but is to much to ask for:)

Breakfast was good, the location was good for badeland but this was closed so it was a bad start.

The room was on the small side for a family room, the outside area was really sad, they could do so much more with all that space

Ridiculously warm in the room and the whole hotel and hardly any control over temperature. Beds not comfortable and too small. Bathroom really needs renovation. Only now I realize we didnt stay in the type of room I was expecting to based on the photo's I saw while booking which looked much nicer. Apparently the photo's are not always representative.

Gym and Sauna and really comfortable bed.

Having to pay extra for my dog and then getting a less than nice room. There should not be an extra charge if that is the case.

Great for car travelers, a great parking, next to a gas station, next to the municipal swimming pool, a straightforward way to the city center

Food was uninspired and a bit stale. Both breakfast and dinner menu.

The staff at check-in

Extremely small room and nowhere to put your things. Super old and ruined and not comfortable furniture.Breakfast divided to time blocks due to corona rules - that is ok, but tables not cleaned after the previous group for another maybe 15 minutes. The iPad for cold drinks stopped working, so no cold drinks at all for another half hour until the super slow staff figured out it would be nice to bring out at least some water in jars. When you book Scandic, you do not expect this.
