The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices and is served till 10am every day - a big plus. There is little variation from day to day but the abundance of options makes up for that. Sadly, the croissants were mostly gone when we went to have breakfast around 9.30 am. The personel was very nice and accomodating. We arrived late at night and without our lost luggage and the front desk supplied us with a entry code and a USB charger.The rooms are reasonably spacious and even have a small fridge. The beds are comfortable (the sleeping couches not so much) and there is plenty of free parking space just outside of the hotel.The hotel offers an inexpensive dinner buffet (a different dish every day from Mon to Sat, 6pm to 8pm).

It was in July and with a lot of sunshine and outside temperatures reaching 28-30°C, air conditioning was badly missed. Our room was on the western side of the hotel (odd numbers) and was very hot in the afternoon and evening (and very dark as we had to draw the curtains) and even the breakfast/dinner room was unpleasantly hot around dinner time.

I never stayed here though there was a problem when I booked and it said there was no rooms available. I decided to book

Breakfast was very good. Clean hotel. Distant location from the Östersund center could be a problem if travelling without a car. The reception and the room were enough to our one night stay towards Åre.

Location as trawling pass by. Free parking. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was poor, not too much of a choice if counting that was payed 80€ fot one nigh.

We were passing by the city and needed a place to stop over. The hotel was pretty good, warm and cozy.

We arrived late at night and although the check in went perfectly fine, the staff could be a bit more welcoming. No particular issue though. Also many of the food items of the breakfast buffet were obviously old from the days before which I guess can be explained given that there weren't many guests at the hotel this time of the year

The hotel has a Very good selection for breakfeast and has a sauna and steam room. Also it has access to a very good gym . I wish every hotel I stayed in was up to this standard for facilities

Good location, nice and warm rooms, clean and comfortable beads, great breakfast as well.

The room was cold as the radiators were turned down. We turned them up and it was fine.

It was clean and there was everything you would expect in a hotel like this.

To few seating spaces in the breakfast area for the guests. Had to sit in the lobby instead, which wasn't a problem, but it prevent'd the location from being top notch.

Glutenfree didn't have it's own area. There was only 1 toaster for everyone to use - gluten + glutenfree. I.e not sage for celiacs disease. No toaster bags available. I had to ask for butter as my son with celiacs disease can not use the butter that everyone else uses as it is contaminated with gluten.Food on breakfast did not have signs with ingredients listed. I.e no allergi information. One had to ask about each item

Just stayed one night as I was going through town. Location was easy to find. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. I understand a lot of hotels in Europe don;t have elevators but it is hard to carry your luggage up the stairs. I had an elderly parent so I had to carry her luggage as well.

Good value for price. Good breakfast. Parking for free

Not trendy quite dull area

It's a nice small hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and tidy. The breakfast included had a good variety of food. A coffee machine that was available all day. They have a nice relax pool. The fitness room they have is very small but has some equipment so you can work out. If you want a bigger gym, you can borrow a card, no cost, to the fitness centre just around the corner. It has everything you need, i recommend it.

The towels, the hand towels especially, smelled like they had been left in the washing machine for too long. They left a very unpleasant scent on your hands. When i ordered the hotel, i did it in the belief that there was a swimming pool there.There is even a picture of one. When we asked the staff about it, they told us that the picture was taken by a hotel guest at a different hotel in another country. So that was a bit misleading.

Spacious rooms - very comfy beds - renovated rooms - supershort distance to the bus, and not far to walk to town either. Slept really well.Friendly staff when they were there - but not 24/7 reception

Old hotel, carpeted floors in the hallway does not sit well with me in case of fire, and also they seemed very old so there was a slight odour in the hallways. They missed cleaning behind the bed and sofa… I found things when looking for a socket. Bathroom seemed clean enough and somewhat renovated but for that price I expected a better one I guess. When comparing to others of the same price. If they had cleaned the room better and a bit cheaper price I could easily have stayed longer. Although Im afraid I found Östersund extremely boring. No offence ?

The room was spacious for the three of us, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Was able to help ourselves to the tea and coffee downstairs.

I went to the hotel near Östersund Centrum, because it has the same name as your hotel. It was a long walk from Östersund.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

About a 25 minute walk to the town centre.
