Convenient, clean and easy to find

The hotel is very close to the train station. All shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The breakfast is good and the service in the reception is very good.

There were no TV channels working or there was little information how to get them to work.

Second time here and it was comfy, convenient, close to all our transit points and shopping spots, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was great!

We had a bad experience. The hotel was dated clean and dark. Dingu. But the staff person there was all attitude and did not help us one bit!

I asked the hotel staff to maybe help us find a cab or a tour and she said. No tours, and gave me a cab card like I was bothering her. I told her my autistic son wanted to tour the lake for the monster. She looked at me kind of mean. So my wife ended up leaving walking to the train station and hailing a cab. The driver was exceptional and drove us around the lake on a rainy cold day. The cars the hotel person gave us never answered their phone. Bad service with a bad attitude at a bad hotel!

Very helpful staff, good price and breakfast

Very close to the train station. Spacious round and bathroom. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.

We got notified a bit late that there was a problem with the bathroom. Too many windows.

Breakfast included, staff was helpful, quiet evenings, good location.

I didn't like that the windows were pointed towards the streets, so people walking by could see right inside the room.

Biscuits and sweets available all the time. Staff very helpful, particularly at breakfast on departure which was before breakfast was due to start - they made sure we got something to eat before we had to leave for our very early train.

Comfortable room with seating group.Possibility to park my motorbike in the inner yard.Excellent breakfast.Good locatio.

Parking available at night on street, only 4 off-street. Don’t expect an elevator.

Really nice rooms, specially the suprice of reindeer coat on the bed. Room was cozy and beds were comfort. Hotell looked overall good and did exeed my expetactions.

Parking spaces around the hotel, I prked on the street and it stated to pay in the parking automat but I did not found any parking aoutomat nearby. Also the walls of the rooms were hollow from inside I could hear everything others were talking.

The room and bathroom were very large. We had seats to sit on and drink coffee in the room. Coffee and tea were left in thermos jugs in the Reception area for visitors to help themselves to, and there is a fridge in the room. There were lovely biscuits too. Breakfast was particularly good too.

The reception area closed at 4pm but guests are told the front door code, and a key is left for them but a person to greet you is nice.

The breakfast was better then the last time i was stay there .

We book for families. And we got this extra soffabed. When try to put it up . We find the soffabed it's unplace. Broken. And so much dirt underneath it. Hair ball and dirt. And was uncomfortable to sleep in . Too hard

I thought everything was very clean and the price was perfect.

Completely all - the room was very small, dirty, cold... We stayed only because it was only this option available on this area at that day and we drove long way and were tired. I don't recommend to choose this hotel.
