- We didn't receive proper attention when I asked to change rooms even though I paid the difference, I was attacked by asthma due to the musty smell in the room.
- Rain caused flood in my room and they changed rooms right away , parking lot fills up quick
- Some improvements could be done for the state of the room (some equipments a little bit broken for example).

Complete, clean, modern, good service.
The location is good, with lots of parking.The building looks well maintained from the outside, but the rooms deserve a better care and maintenance. My king size mattress was not comfortable at all (I had to sleep at the end of it where it was firmer), and the room was not very clean (minibar dirty on the inside).There was some work being done to the electric system in the hallways, so the floor was very dirty. Staff was ok. Breakfast was good.
Very good environment with great staff and very good rooms The highlight was the position very close to the commercial centre and at a pretty Calm environment
For only one evening they had a Late party at Hotel , it is something that could be a problem for some guests , as people were walking up and down and talking like normal late evening! Maybe the Hotel should review this things to ensure they guests will rest well !
The morining coffee as in other Class Hotels is horrible, an undrinkable broth.
