Convenient setting Good breakfast

Poor service at al la carte dinner. Probably few staff No social distancing during game drive.

The overall stay was exceptional, exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent (served on time and had variety). The following day i went to Fazala Game Lodge for a full body hot stone massage with the help of a staff member (Andile), it was so good and served the purpose I booked for. Later (3 pm), I went on a game drive with a wonderful guide (Cela), it was so good, educational, and refreshing.

None, I am satisfied with the overall experience and services offered by the ANEW hotel and resorts. I am looking forward to visiting again in the future, with a friend, partner, or family member, just to also introduce them to that excellent experience.

Staff was polite. Breakfast is reasonable

Room was damp, bathroom was not upto the standard. Showers were weak. Terrible dinner option. They don't know how to prepare simple food. Amount small. Never order pizza.

Breakfast and dinner was a buffet and 4 star and above expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. Value for money. This is a 3 star hotel that is halfway on the way to be a 4 star. All round good value for money. In the area of Hluhluwe the best option.

Not really anything. I can see there is a lot of change and improvements happening.

The cutlery and dishes in the kitchen were filthy. The staff are not trained on how to clean. The braai area is not good as the grill is too high.Rooms were not clean. Stale fruit at breakfast. Location is not good at all. Only good review is that the bed was very comfyVery disappointing overall

Hot water in the shower was temperamental so had quick showers

I liked the food and the pool the most. My room was very comfortable and relaxing to be in. The staff were also nice and caring.

Location isn’t great - not much around the hotel to enjoy. Old type hotel with an overpriced and limited menu maybe more suited for overseas visitors. Pool could be cleaner - I found it slimy on certain sections. Buildings and Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. I think the busses with foreign visitors keep this facility going… TV channels were just about non-existent.

The room was clean and cozy.

The Restaurant is like under new management, muffins were rotten during breakfast.

For dinner, I ordered soup, it was cold and tasteless. The zircon in the room made a lot of noise and couldn't sleep with it on, even though it was so hot.

The game drive and carpet in the hall ways

exceptional buffet meals.Very helpful management. example - my family got stuck driving in the nearby part. The manager quickly organised rescue services within a short period on standby ready to go and assist. Fortunately they managed to get the vehicle back on road without necessity to send the rescue team.

The hotel is in a seasonally hot region and the chalets can use air conditioners in the common living room rather than just in bedrooms. Ironically, this will significantly improve comfort of stay. We moved our family from St Lucia hotel because of poor climate control during our holiday bringing them to Anew Hotel.

It was very clean and the noise level was maintained.

Rooms have no microwaves

The lounge and bar area were lovely. The staff and manager were exceptional. The chefs went out of their way to accommodate my child during the stay.

The rooms, carpets, stairs are all very old and need to be refurbished. It is such a let down to the amazing work of the staff to have such old finishings.

It was a beautiful place, rooms private for a couple which is something we really liked with my wife. The food was nice both breakfast and dinner. Also went to a very very fun game drive in the afternoon.

No value for money, the pictures give a beautiful picture but when you get there the place is old and not so clean.There is limited choice of food to choose from during dinner

Lunch and Buffet dinner was delicious! Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Hotel is in a beautiful location with lots to see and do close by.

Menu was somehow repeatatative even in days when there were more guests in the facility. Management should consider having vegan options on standby. This will assist the chef with variety.
