- The location was quite scary, on the taxi rank. Did not feel very safe, Was very noisy on the premises at night.
- I booked online and payed full amount the previous day. On my check in day I arrived at 12h00 midday and waited reception of which I understood that my check in time was a t14h00 . The lady at a reception was not welcoming at all ( bad attitude). At 14h10 I asked if my room was ready ,and the response was a red bag with room keys and she pointed the directions to my room. When I arrived there the bed wasn't made(twin bed) Inyala room 1. The room was dirty. I had to look for the cleaners myself. I had a terrible experience The cleaner had a good attitude and she apologized. But please rectify the receptionists attitude. We should receive good value for our money

The room was very dirty with the dust,its not clean even the pool

The food, like milk and yogurt were not covered, hence there were little flies, but I did notify the staff about it.

My stay was very good, reception friendly... Room very nice, clean, however, I was very disappointed with the hotel letting other visitors to walk around with no masks. The was a wedding there, I think it was very irresponsible of them

Water was not running in the room but they explained the municipality issues but still they need a backup plan

The property does not look like what the pictures advertise. It’s run down and the water pressure at night in non-existed: took a shower only to have the water stop in the middle of my shower. Pongola country lodge definitely not a pleasant stay for us.

No extra linen for the kids at the family room. The single room smells bad with no hot water.
