I like it's centrally located

I had a massage and the room was hot no ventilation or Air conditioning. The massage was ok

The property is nice, clean, good service.

The level of street noise is awful and there’s no soundproofing whatsoever.

Check-in was great! The staff were very polite, always smiling, and constantly providing helpful information about the city which was fantastic.What I really enjoyed most was my room and the breakfast. The bed was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient, close to the main square.They also offer taxi service to the airport, which is very helpful if you have an early flight.

I did not enjoy the pool, my time was very short. Next time!

The Costa del Sol is my favorite hotel in Peru for its excellent balance between price and quality. They welcome you with water and a courtesy drink, and the pool is always a great place to relax. Breakfast offers a nice variety, and parking is included, which adds convenience. My stays have always been comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable for such a well-rated hotel.

The only thing I’d mention is that the hotel has a slightly dated feel, especially in the bathrooms, which seem a bit old-fashioned and only have a bathtub instead of a shower. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, bus terminals and pharmacies.

Unfortunately, we could hear the noise from outside. What bothered us a little was the dogs barking loudly during the night.

The customer service was impressive. The room with plenty of space and clean. Daily breakfast was very good.

Breakfast could be improved, specifically the eggs, perhaps by adding omelets, fried eggs, and pancakes to the daily option.

I would have liked better maintenance of the furniture in the room, the dirty desk chair, I didn't even want to sit there, improve the environment with more modernity

There was A/C, a spacious room with a desk. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were excellent, has a printout of hotel information on English for me.

An excellent location, 3 blocks from the main square, surrounded by great restaurants. Staff very friendly and professional. The room was nice with the added plus of a bath.

When I came to pay, it said one amt. but I am a US citizen and my friend is Peruvian, so they charged me 18% IGV on her part of the stay, even when the reservation was in my name. That wasn't clearly stated to me beforehand, so that was my only issue.

Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast had multiple options. Location is close to the main square and bus stops. A/C in rooms and theee is a small hotel style gym.

The pool area is quite dated and nothing special. The road is quite loud.

The hotel was located on a Main Street, very near the main square and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The a la carte menu could be improved a bit, but the breakfast was excellent.

Try to have more control when the housekeeping is over.One bed had some insects. It was disgusting.
