Zentrico Hotel

Very stale place. Not super friendly. Wouldnt let me in to park until they received proof of my reservation.

The room was clean and had almost everything we needed. The breakfast in bed was a cool bonus.

At first the toilet didn’t work and they didn’t give us any toilet paper and towels but after telling them they brought it to us.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond, being super helpful and flexible to meet all my needs. The delicious breakfast, coupled with their phenomenal organized tours, made my experience even more enjoyable. The excellent location added the perfect touch to a fantastic stay.

The staff is simply amazing. They went over the moon to help me, from letting me have early check-in and late checkout without any surcharge to taxi calling and local suggestions.Also: the price is extremely competitive. My room was very nice and don't worry about the renovation, you won't hear any noise (I think it's nearly done).

The room was reduced in price due to construction work in the building. It was one of the most comfortable low-budget places I was in. Very clean, super friendly stuff that waited for me in the night and gave me some helpful tips and a comfortable room.

very very clean, very friendly staff, central location, WLAN was working well... considering the amazing prize I really couldn't have asked for more. Definitely would recommend!

Quite noisy

Here the staff really go out of their way to be helpful from making breakfast early to providing hot water for tea or coffee to heating up last night’s doggy bag in their microwave. Apart from this it is spotlessly clean, the fan is powerful for cool air, the fridge is super cold and lovely hot water showers

Good location in the center of Chiclayo, 5 min walk to the main center. The room I had was very big and bright, there was a TV with netflix, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (scrambled eggs, bread and jam, fresh juice and coffee).

The streets around are pretty busy so it can get loud, but I think that is just everywhere in the center of Chiclayo. Would be great if they offered some filtered water.

Great location

The hotel is located in a busy street so it is very noisy. Need to clean the common areas more often. Breakfast is a joke( 1 lam scramble egg, some powder coffe and 2 pieces of bread). They'd better NOT offer it in the price and offer a better breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice. Good location, too.

Basic accomodation. The bathroom was overaged (broken equipments and moisture on walls)Room's window with no view.

Recently remodeled, nice furniture with comfortable beds. Good cleanliness and nice hot shower. Breakfast was simple but complete. Good location minutes away from the plaza de armas on foot. Great prices too.

Our room was above a main road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix.Also I asked for a hair dryer but they did not have one... Which i didn't expect from a hotel like this.

Friendly staff and some of them speak English as well. Big, spacious room and very clean. Super comfortable stay.

The surrounding area is a busy street so it is noisy. Also there was nightly construction going on. Heavy machinery/drilling til atleast 3am.

Good location (join Kiwi tours in the park to visit the archiological sites further away - around 10 USD for transport to 3 sites including guide), OK breakfast, very clean room.

Very varying prices in case you want to extend your stay. I had the feeling once they see you want to extend, prices go up.

- located close to the bus station and mercado central- room is spacious and clean- the receptionists were able to provide me adequate information to do the tours on my own- fast internet- comfortable beds

- breakfast can be improved

The room was really clean and the breakfast was tasty. The location was pretty centric so we visited different places around.

I didn't like that there wasn't a good view from the room I booked.

The location is great. The staff was really helpful with any question we had. We were not disturbed at all. Everything went fine.

Breakfast did not change and wasn't flexible, but the quantity and quality were good and totally satisfactory.
