Extremely good value for the price we paid, this hotel matches the standards of the Ibis we can see in europe, for a fraction of the price.Bed was super comfy, room was clean, breakfast (buffet) had a lot of options.Overall it was the perfect place to rest after the treks we just finished in Huaraz.

Size of the room, it was smaller than other hotels I stayed within the same price range. The breakfast buffet missed more meat on the menu.

A friend of mine arrives on advance (I was still on my way) and he had difficulties to make the check in. I ringed to the reception several times and they didn’t answered… then I write via WhatsApp and I felt as if they weren’t reading carefully my messages. Fortunately the manager helped me and my friend (both reservations were made by me, maybe that was confusing for the staff!)

Great place, very clean, staff friendly, great service and the best (unexpected) dinner I had in the hotel. The food was amazing in the evening. Cannot say the same for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean.
Breakfast and meals came to the room in bad presentation inside a plastic and technopor box. Poor quality for Ibis standards. The twin room was very small, ok on one side of the bed but on the other side, there was no space between bed and the wall. Was it a mistake ? Seemed for a single person. Every time I had to get out of bed I bumped into the wall- no space for shoes.
