- The hotel staff was extremely friendly and caring, specially Daniel, who offered us great local spot tips. The room was spacious and had a great design. Bedding and towels were high-quality, amenities were really good. Food was delicious! I highly recommend their breakfast--it was pricy but worth it, specially if you are having brunch.

- Elevators and main entrance was too dark. I understand the design and cozy style but a little bit of brightness would be nice. To give an example, a guest (using glasses) has asked me to press the button since she couldn’t really identify her floor… I have told the reception and they agreed is a common feedback from guests and they don’t really understand why nothing has been done so far.

- The pool and jacuzzi were dirty- A group from United States came to BH for a wedding. The hotel treated the bride as a normal guest.- The room is too small for the price- They charged a full price breakfast for just a cup of coffee.-
The attention of the staff and care with the preparation of flowers and candles package for our wedding anniversary was amazing! Morená was the one taking my order and responsible for the success of my surprise to my wife.
The only remark was the confusion for us to take the car from the vallet service when leaving for dinner.
