Very accommodating

Recent renovation...bathrooms were new, bed, furniture, floors, paint, decor...hallways being redone with marble, new rugs, paint...

Good buffet breakfast but not included, still good value. Convenient location for catching the bus to Imotun park.

Clean, well maintained property with a good gym, pool and parking garage.

Parking isn’t included in the expensive-ish room rate.

Spacious room, fantastic staff and great location

I liked the staff (everyone was welcoming).

The Wi-fi was not good (in many parts of the day and night) and there were situations that I thought the air conditioning of the gym was off.

Nothing to complain about

The luxury room on 16th floor was very comfortable with excellent bed. The espresso machine had 2 cafe capsules but no complimentary water to make cafe!!! Told service and fixed it. Location of hotel is very good

Breakfast except from watermelon ( that was excellent) was very average, lots of sugary tasteless products, average quality of everything. Tapioca also not good. Cafe also average. No option for espresso at breakfast. Really disappointing breakfast. Only ate the watermelon out of necessity. The GYM is badly maintained with old machines. Pool also small and not so clean ( maintenance seems to be a big problem to this hotel although prices are expensive )

Front desk is always manned, with at least 3 people during busy hours. Rooms were clean and bedding nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options with great variety during the week. Good price for 4 people sharing a large room.

Very minor, but the shower box sealing was faulty, leaving puddles in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was of ample size and the bathroom/shower were great compared to other places we've stayed in Brazil. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast is good with ample choices. We found the location to be convenient for visiting the sites we were interested in on foot. The shopping center and supermarket nearby are a big plus.

Like most places we've stayed in Brazil, the lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, the furniture (chairs) have been well used and need to be replaced. But these are minor issues. For a large chain hotel, this was a great choice.

Elevators were fast and the hotel felt safe. The room was fairly quiet and met our needs, but I think the carpet in our room should be steam cleaned.

Breakfast was chaos, with tables packed tightly. Not much healthy food, and juice selection was only average (and not replaced if it ran out). Napkins and cutlery were only at a few tables and were not available in the buffet line. Staff provided cutlery, but that took time. No outdoor patio or indoor place to relax (lobby area was too busy for that).

The staff is very friendly and well trained. The breakfast has a good variation from day to day and always has a nice set of options.

Although it has parking, finding a spot can be pretty challenging on busy days.(The staff will help if needed)

My hotel stay was quite pleasant - I was in the country for the weekend for a friend's wedding. The venue was especially neat and tidy. Staff members were exceptionally efficient and keen to help in every way throughout my stay. Loved the venue's safe and convenient location - Local bars/pubs, supermarket, and malls are all within walking distance. Morning brekkie offered great choices and definitely showcased your typical Café da manhã Mineiro; and the late night room food-service is a life saver for those who wanted to call it for the day. Overall, great and a recommended stay!

Room didn't quite have a view for those who are inquiring. Room window views were basically facing neighboring buildings. Otherwise, everything else was pleasant.

Nothing special. But comfortable enough

The sauna needs constant clean and maintenance. Unfortunately it was unusable.

Good location, meals were good as well.

lack of english channels on TV, CNN/BBC would be nice.
