Wonderful sheets, great bathroom, excellent water pressure and delicious Breakfast along with a exceptional staff.

Shower was really bad. Temperature of water would oscillate all the time. Breakfast was packed of people

The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good . There is sauna and a small pool on the rooftop.

The rooms are silent, even the ones facing the street. The pillows are fluffy and new, bed was comfy, shower had a lot of pressure. Neighborhood is really nice with lots of trees. Breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant is a great choice for lunch and dinner as well. I'll stay there when I return

Nothing. It was a great value hotel

The room I stayed in first was very good. Receptionist Isadora chose it well. But late at night on the third day there was a baby crying loudly and the night shift receptionist changed me to a very bad room. As I had decided to extend my stay, on the 4th day the receptionist Victor assigned me a good room again. And I paid for a good room anyway!

The chair in the room was terribly dirty. The gym is very small for this kind of hotel.

The location was very good and having Olegario Pizzeria next to it was handy

The breakfast was not really tasty, the service was very slow and the rooms were not so comfortable. I got married and recommended the Hilton for a huge number of guests, none of them were very satisfied

Breakfast was not good. The room was super small. The bedshits were not super clean. The Airco was really noisy.

Room was small. Bathroom was small. 2 bottles of water a day should be included with room! Took long time for staff to answer phone. Put us in a room. Right next to loud and obnoxious construction. Moved us only after we requested change. No assistance with bags at entrance. No valet service for car. Seemed like a holiday inn express set up with very little customer service. Would not return. Novotel was much better.

Location: easy to access various regions of the city by car and a few minutes drive to great restaurants. Room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. There's a good pizza bar in the hotel. Parking available at the same block (not part of the hotel, but fee is reasonable).

Mineral water available for purchase was extremely expensive considering the average price in the city (or any city in Brazil). Shower: water went from hot to cold for no reason, and water pressure wasn't great. Cable tv with local channels (tv shows in Portuguese). There was no smart tv, so streaming channels were not available. Parking fee is not included, despite being a small fee (BRL 32,00/day).

5 min after I gave my credit card details to the hotel to make the reservation, a tentative of drawing money happened. Unfortunately I had to cancel my credit card and had the card no longer available.

Superb location and honest hard product.

I booked the hotel to spend the weekend of my birthday in Belo Horizonte and some of my friends from other places decided to meet me over there. The hotel overcharged me, they did not comply with conditions offered to a friend with kids, and they also did not comply with the request of a 2-bed bedroom to another friend with disability. Every time my friends went to the counter to talk regarding their needs, the outcome was always a different and higher price to be paid. The overall impression was the hotel had been trying to upsell but was not performing on good faith with their customers.
