Waiters in the breakfast restaurant should be polite and humble.They are a bit rude and working forcefully .

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable.

The number one thing here is the location. The room was pretty big and decent amenities. Felt safe during Carnaval, there was always a guard by the elevator checking that people going up were in fact guests. Big store just a couple blocks away and some decent restaurants nearby.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. For example, the scrambled eggs were watery almost every day, which made them inedible. They also need signs for what things are for dietary restrictions. I went to use the pool one day, but there were no towels or anyone to talk to to be able to ask for one. The gym is a joke, not enough equipment to get in a real workout, so if you're actually looking to exercise you'll have to look for a gym outside the hotel. One night I got a call from another room soliciting sex, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I brought this to the staff's attention, they apologized but did nothing.

Friendly staff and the pool was ok!

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. To achieve this rating it needs modernisation. Felt more like a cheap airport lay-over hotel. There was a lot of rubbish blowing around the entrance area when we arrived. The breakfast wasn’t great. The scrambled eggs were watered down with milk, so swimming in liquid. If you placed the eggs on toast it was drenched.We also arrived really early in the morning from the airport, but had to pay the additional day before so we at least had somewhere to sleep on immediate arrival. Many hotels do offer a half day fee. Felt a bit unfair that we paid for a breakfast and an overrated hotel experience for a day we wasn’t actually there. It wasn’t like the hotel was particularly busy, so I’m sure a half day price could have been offered due to the time of our arrival.

The TV didn’t work, we asked them to fix it but they didn’t!

Not comfortable bed, no heat in the bathroom, ac didn’t work. Cold in the room. Old tv. Have to upgrade the standards of the room

Bathroom is very old and with bad maintenance, water pressure really low coming from both the tap and shower.

The hotel is beautiful. The swim pool is perfect for swimming, and warm. Windows are sound proof. AC is fantastic.

Just the hallway could be a bit more lit.

It’s good apartment with big window and nice view, breakfast was good.

One of the windows in the apartment was broken and we saw cockroach in sauna.

location is good, facilities are good in general and it’s comfortable.

when I checked in in the hotel, I had my reservation made here through booking.com and the receptionist suggested to charge at least 3x more, I had then to show my reservation and the price agreed. I found this situation really bad as he previously found my reservation and knew the value I had to pay, and tried to charge much more than it was agreed. Very unprofessional behaviour coming from one staff.

We got a visitor for around 40 minutes.the guys at reception didnt said nothing that time but when the visitor left the hotel management said I have tô pay an extra 115 brazilian reias.i told them why you didnt told me that time he lied tô me.so disgusting.want my extra money back

The staff was a little rude to my sister,they said she needs to pay in the front that I called to them one day before asking about that she will pay in check out,and they said was fine,no problem.But when she arrived she waiting to her daughter arrive to pay and they don't believe in her.I thought this very strange,and I called to them from England to explain and the guy said my sister was a little bit lost...I thought weird anyway.
