Location

The hotel smells really bad, like cheap cleaning products with a terribly strong perfume, and the hallways are dirty. I asked the staff a question about the dinner and they made fun of me, I felt disrespected. I won’t come back, that’s for sure.

The room was smelly. Room cleaning services were lazy - the coffee equipment was dirty. Furniture was battered.

Staff at the counter were rude. Pretty hard to find someone who spoke another language. Didn’t accept cash. Weren’t helpful with our work trip in regards to getting a receipt

Very good value for money. Brilliant location, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast very good.

I was put in the accessible room, without needing or asking for one. The room was good, but the bathroom gets very wet because of the open shower. Other than that, a very good stay.

Great location, staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms are good, we stayed at the highest level so the views were amazing. Cleanliness was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely come back.

Well located hotel, nice staff and good varied breakfast.

During my whole stay my shower soap/shampoo dispenser was empty. People at the reception were helpful and provided me with soap bars, but I had to ask for it. Otherwise everything went great.

the AC was not working. I communicated the desk about it on saturday morning, they said they'd send someone to check it. When i got back to the hotel at night, the problem was still there. I checked with the receptionist again, he said someone was going to come look at it in a few minutes. Nobody came.The next day, I complained again for the 3rd time, so they sent someone, who checked it and said the AC would work in a few minutes. It didn't. it was 36 hours of sweating in that room.I feel like they were trying to avoid solving the problem or moving me to a new room.

Loud music is played in the restaurant, which is preposterous. No music is wanted, and it makes breakfast an unpleasant experienfce

The hotel is in a great location, making it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure. It’s within walking distance to several popular bars, perfect for evening outings, and just a short walk away from the office, which made my daily commute a breeze.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite slow, taking much longer than expected. This was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. Additionally, the shower in my room was malfunctioning, with inconsistent water pressure and temperature, which made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.

The bedroom it´s confortable, clean and silent.The breakfast was nice. It was very good experience, with a lot of differents food and juices. Very nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was really old and had a hole in it.Also they don’t have hair conditioner.

Friendly staff and hotel well located. Easy to move around in Belo Horizonte and good hotel for a weekend.

The Accor ibis system are terrible! there is no integration with booking.com. checkin is a nightmare. All the information collected in the booking system does not integrate into the ibis system. That means everything needs to be manually re-entered into the Ibis system by the Ibis front desk, resulting in a checkin process that takes 45-60 minutes instead of <5 minutes. Add the 3 rooms in my group, thats 2 and half hours from for checkin…. add the 8 guests in line; over 6 hours! And the fact that only one person (out of 4 stations) was working the front desk at noon!summary; no system integration, manual data entry for duplicate guest information and one person on duty made for a 6 hour marathon to checkin.
