The incident that happened on Monday 22th September was very scary. I understand that the hotel doesn’t have control about who they will receive, but having the police and knowing that can be a motel here is not a good thing.

The only thing at this place was breakfast

Unfortunately just the staff , because the room so poor the look wasn’t great , have some humidity that water was dripping and there was mold stain in the bathroom, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, they only changed the towels, the bathroom had marks of dirt and the breakfast was not very pleasant.

There is no gym, no service room, TV control was fixed by a tape

Big hotel with moderate pricing for this location. Room had a good view.

Breakfast was not so good. Food was not refilled quickly enough. Quality of food was low (no natural juice and very oily scrumbled eggs). Further no fitness room or pool and room was very small.

Staff was slow and lost with their system. The bed sheets were old and cheap, most facilities felt old and decaying

Value for money. Great location. Excellent restaurant and great cooking. Urban architecture, modernized interior decoration and functional systems.

My bathroom was clogged and on one occasion, it took hours for it to drain.

The breakfast could be improved. There were tiny pieces of bread separately wrapped in plastic and dirty dishes. The water didn't drain away properly in the shower so I had to take very short showers so as not to flood the bathroom.Rooms not soundproof - I could hear my neighbours very well.

The hotel is very clean. The location is incredible. I booked this hotel thinking in my mom because she did a surgery at the hospital close to the hotel. During my stay at the hotel, I walked for about 2 minutes to the hospital. This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Simply, love it.
