IBIS BUDGET BH SAVASSI

Location, bed, work desk

Breakfast was good but had to pay extra for it.

Room is way too small and bathroom could be cleaner.

Good beds, nice breakfast, great location.

Room was a bit dirty

Great location

Ants in the room, difficulty keeping breakfast buffet filled

Very good

The condition of the room needs an update. The position of the furniture etcCurtains with holes and broken

The breakfast was good. The hotel is optimally located. The site of booking did not inform about parking the car, but it turned out that a parking is connected directly with the hotel - however, for additional fees.

The hotel is indicated sometimes with four stars and sometimes with three stars - and the price is accorddingly. But nothing justifies this classification - and hence also not the price. All the equipment is very simple. no comfort at all. For instance, the bathroom shows no comfort at all - for instance, no cups, no bowl for the soaps, no towels for the hands (just one for the shower). The noise of the air-condition is quite disturbing. No cloakroom and minimal space for putting one's clothes.

Clean and a good price.

The breakfast could use improvement.

Location is good

Second time I stayed here in 6 months. The difference in room was noticeably sad. This room was dirtier, looked worn. For some reason I was in a room with an additional roller bed and it made the room smaller.

Great location in Savassi, safe area with shopping centre across the road. Friendly staff and a good selection of food for breakfast.

It can be a bit noisy with Avenida Contorno nearby, key cards were very unreliable and needed constant reprogramming or exchanging.

Good neighbourhood and easy walk to the centre

The elevator ! Sometimes my card didn't work ...

Clean rooms and did the job. Location is excellent

Rooms are small especially if staying for 8 days.Rooms could do with a kettle and microwave.

Breakfast is very good with a variety of breads, cheeses, eggs, cakes and fruits. Quite complete!

location, friendly staff

rooms are small

clean, nice comfortable bed, decent pillows.

room did not have a blanket

The hotel is located on the main road in town and next to many restaurants/bars so it is easy to find food. The night reception was excellent as I had a problem with my room type and without hesitation I was given a new room. Basic food items available late at night.

There was no hot water on one of the days I stayed here.

Fast WiFi, fantastic breakfast with lots of delicious food choices, friendly and helpful staff. I forgot to bring a U.S.-to-Brazil power adapter and the front desk lent me one. The hotel is clean and sparkly and feels like a new property inside. The rooms are small but comfortable.

it was clean and neat.

too small bedroom, no face towel.

clean and simple, no frills. breakfast is good value for money.

generally is ok

hope can have basic things : such as shower cap , asp the shower is directly on the ceiling , can’t change angle ,is not convenient. internet need improve

The room was dirty in general, found hair in the towels and disgustingly, the toilet was clogged with poop, very disgusting as I could not use the toilet. I am extremely disappointed as I stayed in this hotel years ago and it was great. Not a decent hotel anymore and it is definitely the worse Ibis I stayed so far... do not recommend this hotel... Breakfast was good though, but it's not included we have to pay extra for that

Dirty room, some staff not friendly
