Loved the location- staff were friendly and well organised. Loved the bathroom with bath and shower. Definitely coming back to room 5!

Room was spotless with water provided-located 2 minute walk from town.

Room was small for two adults with two cases, no shower options only bath which was located in room. Bathroom lacked privacy with sliding door.

The location couldn’t get any better! Located nearby (walking distance) to the main road of Franschhoek. The room had beautiful finishes, everything needed for self catering (microwave etc), teas/coffees/water and a very comfortable bed. I loved the bath! The room was very clean! We stayed in the suite with his own entrance and enjoyed the privacy. The pool area was so picturesque (unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use it). Various communal areas and so inviting, we look forward to visiting with a group of friends. Service was excellent and staff very helpful. Highly recommend for your next visit to Franschhoek!

Beautiful property. Cozy room, very spacious and in a good location right at the center of Franschhoek. Would have loved to stay longer.

The interior design I was exceptional, we loved the stope outside too which was lovely and cool!

What a gem! Perfectly located, beautifully designed and decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff are a delight. In-room spa treatments were also superb.

Stylish house fabulously renovated. The staff were welcoming and gracious. We didn’t want to leave as it felt like a home.

Great stay for a solo traveler. Amazing location and very safe to walk and explore.

The only thing that was missing was breakfast! I knew the property doesn't serve breakfast, but that would have made my stay perfect. There are a few restaurants within walking distance though.

The Belmont was amazing! We just stayed for one night as we were in Franschhoek to visit the town and go on the Wine Tram.The staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. The hotel itself is excellently located. It’s nearby to a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with towels for the pool as well. The products they provided were also very nice! I would come back again, our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Nothing. It was perfect!

Nice Guesthouse, very centrally located but a bit away from the main road which made it quite silent at night!The suite was not significantly bigger than a normal room, didn’t have a desk and only had one sink (compared to a smaller room). There is a fridge in the room with a microwave if you need it but also a big shared kitchen area where to store food and cook if you want.All in all really nice!

The house is absolutely stunning, with all the beautiful details to make you feel at home. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfy. Staff was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage there before check in time. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

Great location, no breakfast available, but not an issue, since cafes on main street only a 5 min walk away. Lovely house, on a quiet street. Pool and gardens very relaxing.

Could do with a few more poolside loungers/chairs.

Beautiful interior design and fabulous location. The shared lounge space was a lovely place to chill after the wine tram and meet other visitors. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Belmont is an absolutely stunning accommodation with great kitchen and garden and pool. It is a great place to stay and many things are in walking distance, however you should enquire about the room interior and bathroom setup before :)). Handover and staff were lovely and there is parking right infront.

In our room there was not a proper shower but just a bathtub in the middle of the room - which, if you do not want to bath, was a bit of a mission to shower, plus we were staying there as friends so someone always had to leave the room when the other was showering. also the door to the bathroom is not really for privacy.
