Gorgeous location and views !

Your property is truly beautiful, but for the price we paid, the room felt surprisingly small and the bathroom was also below the standard expected from a premium 5-star hotel. I’m sure you have larger room categories, but the value-for-money for the room we received was quite poor compared to similar properties we’ve stayed at.The pool was a little underwhelming for such a premium property, and the absence of a jacuzzi or cold plunge in the spa felt unusual, especially for a hotel of this calibre.

The most amazing hospitality we ever had. We loved everything about this hotel - the incredible staff, the view, the attention to details, the breakfast. The shuttles to the city center were a nice touch.

Nice location , warm welcome, very nice breakfast , fire ? place …

Even if enough rooms as it’s winter we didn’t get a nice vieuw , very little window , no camomile the in the room , diner place much too cold ? to dine , much too expensive for what it only is compared to other facilities in franshhoek. Even they knew it was for celebrating a birthday ? they didn’t came with any special idea or offer .

I have stayed at Mont Rochelle before, but this time took my siblings. It certainly didn't dissappoint. We arrived to lovely warm hand towels and a glass of fizz. Both of our rooms had been upgraded and I ended up in one of their suites, with amazing views of the winelands and mountains.The bedrooms, were very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely polite and couldn't be more helpful. There was such a wide choice of items for breakfast, which was very tasty. We had lunch in the Country kitchen, which was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly be going back on my next visit.

I can't think of anything that they could do better.

Absolutely everything - perfect position being close to town yet away from the noise, beautiful views and grounds. Our suite was stunning - lovely decor, very comfortable, great bathroom & products & a first class mini bar generously filled with treats & “proper” coffee.

Great location

Staff had zero training. For £1,000 per night, we had to call to ask for teabags, cleaning the room etc… pretty appalling service for that price.

Staff was great, the restaurant is amazing and the location as well.

Beautiful location, super friendly staff, luxurious room and knock-out views from every angle.We couldn't fault anything and had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the takeaway breakfast boxes that we ate at the airport after we left before breakfast to make our flight :-)

I wanted to stay longer!

A wonderful that have we visited before. The staff were excellent. We had an issue during our stay but it was dealt with quickly and professionally by the staff.

The evening meal menu could be improved.

The location was perfect & has beautiful views of the whole valley! Perfect pool, gym and tennis courts. Wine & Food is also deliciously! The staff are what make it though, they just go above & beyond for you! Thank you Peter & the two drivers we had for making our trip so memorable!

The staff are fantastic, the room was large and well designed, with a nice selection of complimentary items, including a couple of bottles of the estate wine. The grounds of the hotel are excellent with some incredible views of the surrounding mountains/valley.

Dinner at Miko was disappointing.

Amazing experience - the staff were incredible and special shout out to the drivers. They also allowed us a late check out on departure which was very much appreciated!

Loved the comfort, decoration, views, peaceful setting, heated floor bathroom, and the customer service was really outstanding!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, laid back, and welcoming. The surrounding property is gorgeous and rooms were very comfortable, clean, and full of little delights for the guest. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant met a high standard without for a moment being pretentious or contrived - just excellent food, delivered with great care and attention. It was very clear that the staff cares a lot about each of their guests - would heartily recommend to anyone considering a stay here. Thank you for the very enjoyable stay!

Breakfast was excellent, both the buffet with fresh fruits and a choice of pastries and juices, and the cooked breakfast which was also excellent
