Good location. Close to restaurants, stores and convenient location. I like the late check out of noon

I liked the staff. They were very nice, customer service oriented.

When I wanted coffee or tea I had to wait until the next day for the maids to replenish. They also ran out of bottled water and wasn't replenished right away.

Is a business type hotel, for what we went was excellent, but they don’t have too much amenities like pool and so.

Hotel felt a bit small with not a lot of facilities. The Gym was very poor – small and no adequate equipment.

Location is good in Equipetrol, one of the safest areas in Santa Cruz. The breakfast was pretty good. Shower was excellent, the best we came across in Peru and Bolivia. Staff were a mixed bag but in saying that this was because one of the people on Reception couldn't speak or understand English. They somewhat messed up our first night's booking but this was probably because the hotel was full that night. We would stay there again if we were in Santa Cruz.

The Hampton is always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, flexible checkout times. Great breakfast and nice facilities overall. Rooms are small but have everything you need.

Wonderful hotel in Santa Cruz where you get great service for a fair price. The staff is very friendly and helps you whenever help is needed. The sky bar has a nice view and great cocktails. The breakfast is good and adapted to the regional taste. The surrounding area is safe and offers a lot of shopping sites and good restaurants. I have stayed in the hotel several times by now and would always return.

Friendly and courteous staff - check in and out was a breeze - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. Definitely would stay there again

The hotel was very beautiful and classy. It felt luxurious at the cost to stay there! The shower was probably my favorite part, but I also loved the view from the bar/breakfast area. Breakfast itself had a wonderful selection. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the slight weight to the bedspread. The huge windows let in a wonderful amount of light a f gave us a great view of Santa Cruz. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Santa Cruz, this is the one I most would want to return to.

I got a room with a connecting room (adjoining) that was not good sound isolated. unfortunately the guest on the other side was very irrespecutful talking until 2am on speaker.
