Extremely nice and cordial staff members a the reception desk. Great people. Room was brand new and very clean.

Internet services were temporarily interrupted during my stay due to technical issues that were resolved by the following morning.

This is definitely the first hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that forced you to pay to leave a backpack in storage. We literally just wanted to leave our bags for 1 hour after checkout/before our flight while we ate lunch, and they charged us the full price (for each bag) to leave them there for 45 minutes… After we had stayed there for 3 nights.

Clean, staff is great, location is exceptional and relation price - quality is fair enough

Very unfriendly staff, uncomfortable bed (so soft), hardly any sleep, tasteless breakfast, no free drinking water. Accommodation you don't want to go back to

Breakfast was nice, pretty view and clean facilities. Rooms were sparse, but had all the necessities.

Bathroom was a bit cramped, and not a lot of room to set things on. Beds were fairly soft, but we liked the three twin configuration.

The hotel was pretty clean.The location is amazing.Staff is nice.

I need to wait around 10 minutes in the door because there was not any people in the lobby.

Staff was friendly

The beds were absolutely horrible, the springs will not let you sleep at all, extremely uncomfortable. We complained about this but they stated they did not have rooms available for swapping.

Excellent breakfast. Great location: many great coffee shops and varied restaurants in all the side streets around the hotel

Passable

There wasn’t any parking. I had to park on the street with very few spots available. The staff was not friendly at all and the rooms were dark and unwelcoming. The TV was terrible and the beds were extremely worn down with a very bad mattress.

They charge us when we got there, we made a payment with CC with booking . The payment was not applied

Breakfast was good, also location is ok.

The hotel hasn't a private parking you have to left your car at the hotel's door on the street. Although the area is safe it lowers the hotel's punctuation.

Everything in the Hotel was great, the breakfast was excellent, the room, the hottub and the bed.

The pillows where small and too soft

Manager was not friendly. I was not happy with the hotel or accommodations and she refuse to refund the second night stay for me to move to another hotel. Staff was much better than the actual manager.acc

The overall service and instalations are good, is well located. The room would benefit of a better closed cabinet.

The person incharge of controlling biosecurity in the restaurant could be more agreeagle

The facilities were very clean.

The bathroom lock didn't work. The staff members indicated they would help me with renting a car but then forgot about their offer. I wouldn't mind paying an additional cost for breakfast but all food should be fresh. Check in time is uncomfortable for travelers who arrive early.

The cleanliness was spectacular, the rooms are spotless and the suite is just perfect! Love LP.
