It was well located and spacious

I was charged more than the booking price, my access card would not work, tv cable not working and many bugs were inside the room

We like the location. The fact that it was like a 2 bedroom apartment.

The electrical system was not working properly. The lights flickered and some didn’t turn on. The showers didn’t have anything to stop the water so it was wet everywhere.

The staff where all nice and very helpful

Wifi was crap very dated rooms pool always dirty to the point of never wanting to go in

Breakfast wasn't included or the best. Very limited for something I had to pay for.

The humidity no side the rooms are terrible . The kitchen we had to close the door heading to the kitchen because it was so old and it needed so many repairs . This hotel qualified itself for a 5 star and is not . They have very old furniture and the A/C took for ever to cool the rooms.The bathroom you can see the mold around the shower .This is far from a 5 star . Also you have to sharePool with residents because part of the hotel has apartments privately owned.

We liked the location and look of the pools as well as size of the suite. There was food available and we could leave our luggage safely.

We didn’t like the stray cats, lack of water available, or shower drainage. The property was in disrepair and pool needed cleaning. There was loud music at 6 am Sunday morning so we didn’t sleep well.

The location was excellent and exactly as expected (it was the reason I chose it,1 block from the expo ) there was also a large supermarket very near (1 minutes' walk). I would have liked to use the pool but I was working and so did not get the opportunity. Plus I didn't expect to get my room cleaned every day!

The wifi could have been better/faster. It wasn't the end of the world but on a couple of occasions it was quite poor, like I say, if I was on holiday it wouldn't have mattered but I needed to work and needed internet every day.

The size of the room was great, and the grounds were pleasant with good swimming pools and restaurant. The staff were super friendly.

Some of the facilities were old and could do with renovating including the interior of the room, the tennis court, the gym. With a little care this place could easily score an 8 or 9.

The pools was nice y the white cat was awesome.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the bathroom was so dirty we had to call them to clean as soon as we got there, the toilet flusher was broken so we had to flush it by taking off the tank lid and pulling the plunger. There was another room that had a spare bathroom but it wasn't clean and water all over the floor. Definitely not 5 star worthy.

The location was centric and the atmosphere of the hotel is really family friendly, and give us the sense of security at all times, my kids love the swimming pool and have breakfast buffet and take it outdoors the first morning.

that the second morning we couldn't go outdoors for our breakfast, possible the staff didn't want to clean outside the area the breakfast were serve like the morning before .

old hotel, old , unkept rooms. towels were very old and over washed! also, the facility has property owners living in hotel? I have not seen that before ever in any hotel I have stayed anywhere in the world.

Pool bar furniture is a disaster. Needs new pool furniture.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are excellent and we kept and the pools are great. The a la carte restaurant is also very good! It's a great setup if you are on vacation and traveling with your family. The apartment style rooms are awesome!

It may be related to the pandemic, but they are short staffed. The bar tender often wasn't there and the check out process was slow. We called for someone to help with luggage but they never came. The breakfast is pretty sparse as well.

Confortable bed and beautiful place

No water in the fridge in this hot city and the kitchen equipment was way too old and felt unsafe.
