Breakfast Buffett and the pool

Not everybody likes the music at the pool.

Service is kind and everyone is thoughtful.

Very comfortable hotel, staff great, tasty breakfast

I preferred it before the renovation. Main pool is now too shallow to swim and the new building makes the area less airy and natural. Too many people smoking around dining area.

The shower is amazing, the breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel staff is incredibly kind. This is already my second time staying here — this time I even brought my mother-in-law and she loved it. I will definitely keep coming back!

The big swimming pool was very clean. Most of the staff was great. Room service was amazing.

The hydropool wasn't working correctly. Buttons were broken so jets weren't working at all. I also had a very big concern that men were in the women's sauna. When I expressed this to staff they did nothing about it. I felt very uncomfortable that no one did anything about that situation. Very disappointed with the food at breakfast. The standards aren't what they use to be.

Beautiful Hotel, comfortable, and amazing facilities. The best gym I have ever seen in an hotel.

Ths staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the food is great.

The service at the pool area was disappointing. The breakfast buffet fell short of a 5-star hotel standard with poor quality food and long queues, particularly for eggs which were overcooked. Overall, the breakfast experience was below expectations

The combination of Nature (magnificent gardens, trees, birds) and Art (numerous excellent paintings and sculpture from local artists). Colorful and peaceful.

The staff is really rude They don’t even greet people or greet back First time I ever handle with rude staff.

The staff is very friendly. The pool is clean and nice. Rooms are clean and comfy.There were wild peacocks and turtles roaming around.

Breakfast was not great (huge line to get scrambled eggs and the omelette was dry). No attention to guests in the pool. I had to go all the way into the dinner room to get someone to take my order by the pool.

The pool and steam room was great. The food is unusually good for a hotel, especially the breakfast, which was superb.

Love the Adult only pool. The Hydro massage pool is my favorite. The staff were incredible when we were by the pool.

Unfortunately very disappointed in the food. Quality, flavor and variety is no longer what it use to be. We ended up ordering food to be delivered several times. In the past we've never had to do that. The beds weren't comfortable at all. Both beds had huge spots in the mattress where you sunk into it. When our room was mopped it was mopped with an old mop and made our room stink.
