This hotel was very modern, clean and in a great central location close to eveything.

Location. Layout of the apartment with two bedroom and area to work.

Breakfast can be better. The pastries and bread were stale.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff at the front desk.

There were no hangers in the closet. The booking page listed items that were not available in the room, like a coffee maker. Staff at the restaurant were more focused on their own private (and loud) conversations than on providing good service to guests.

The location is great. It’s a new modern hotel. Also appreciated the taxi service in the door which was reasonably priced and hence affordable.

We liked everything. The breakfast was varied, yet modest.

Nice hotel and has a great location. Staff is also nice and helpful.

Rooms could have been better; it was too small, and instead of a kitchen, if you travel for work, a desk could have been much better option.

I liked the space in the room

There weren't many people staying there that night so the staff was a bit too nosy and kept asking if we needed anything.. don't get me wrong I appreciate the help but I like my own space

We don’t wish to harm the hotel’s reputation in anyway but there were a number of small cockroaches present but hopefully this has been resolved since our stay

It is not a luxury vacation hotel like the nearby Los Tajibos. But it is considerably less expensive, and a very nice hotel for business people. The location is really excellent. It is my go-to hotel in Santa Cruz.

There is nothing I don’t like about this hotel

- the location: very central in equipetrol. Close to good bars, restaurants, etc... Also, it is a very safe area.- the quality of the equipments in the room/hotel: modern bathroom, perfect bed, modern decoration, etc...- the rooftop: pool with a nice view.- the people of the hotel were very kind and helpful

- the quality of the breakfast is too low for a hotel of this price range. The bread and the croissants dont seem fresh for example. I had better breakfasts in Bolivia in hotels much cheaper.It is sad that the quality of the breakfast is not aligned with the quality of the other elements of the hotel (rooms, decoration,...)

Very comfortable hotel. Bed is soft, room is spacious, shower is perfect, the pool is nice, staff are helpful and location is great.

It would be great to have room service (even though a kitchen is available in the room).

It was clean, well equipped, quiet. The roof swimming pool was a little cool but refreshing.

- poor response in booking . com messages-there were so many small cockroach in the room and bathroom .. -daily construction noise that it is unbearable to stay- the construction is apparently on the top floor .. we asked to change rooms to the lowest floor but still heard the construction noise making our stay a bad experience…-sent a message to the hotel to arrange an airport pickup for us- we waited 15 minutes past the agreed time and nobody came so we took the airport taxi (which ended up being cheaper)…. when we arrived at the hotel for check it none of the two ladies at front desk even apologised or seemed to have known that we were not picked up at the airport.. the hotel was not busy at all on that day but they seem overwhelmed - upon payment, they charged us with the WRONG CURRENCY on our credit card… we could have left and only paid 130 BOLIVIAN PESOS instead of 130 US DOLLARS per night.. LOL… They realized their mistake one day after !!! embarrassing

Spacy and modern rooms with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view.

Small thing but they wouldn’t store our bags overnight for us. Not a big deal but something to consider if your plans require luggage storage. Also some plumbing issues (not much hot water, a toilet kept running overnight)

A wonderful hotel located in a really safe neighborhood in Santa Cruz, it was only a 35 min walk into the town centre and about 10 mins by Uber or taxi. The staff were excellent and both checkin and checkout was seemless.Our room was spacious and clean with facilities including a kettle, kitchen utensils, a stove top and free standing as well as a free standing fridge freezer and your stabdard mini bar.The free breakfast was also a standout with plenty of options. The gym is on the small side however, it was clean and unlike some hotels I've stayed in, all the machines were actually in working order and looked relatively new, the sauna option was also a welcome bonus. We didn't use the pool but it did look well maintained.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are super comfortable. The pool os quiet and nice.

We almost stayed a week. It was the perfect stay, amazing rooms with kitchen. Very clean and modern. AC worked well. Housekeeping every day. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff
