The Capital Pearls Hotel

Location was excellent, right near the beach and food places. Room/Apartments were spacious and well equiped.Staff were amazing from check in to check, helpful and very friendly.View from a certain angle was amazing.

The furniture was outdated and unkept. Room had a very stale smell throughout including the curtains, bedding and furniture. Security could not direct us to direct beach access.We were told there is direct beach access prior to booking, very disappointed there was no direct access.

Cleanliness and the location

We loved the location, walked to the beach and the mall for essentials. The rooms have a washing machine and dryer, we found that useful after a couple of days.

Rooms were nice.

The property is well appointed however, when my colleagues ordered room service it was abysmal - 1 waited almost 2 hours for a toasted sandwich and the other never received her food in the end.In the morning when we mentioned it upon check out, we received an 'oh sorry' - and the person promptly asked another colleague to help with check out. Not great.

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Staff amazing and friendly, great location. Just very convenient and comfortable.

Things like the oven that is not a standard or easy to use oven, needs some kind of instructions in the unit so you don’t have to call for assistance.

Check in was quick and easy and you feel save there.

The only thing was the view, had to look out on construction.

I was into 30 minutes into a meeting in a conference room and was ask to leave I look like a a clown in front of my guests

Very little went well. The quality of the beds and bedding is good. Bathrooms are fine.

This was a real disappointment. Value for money is very poor. The front desk staff (and there were plenty of them, and it wasn't always clear who was doing what) were glued to their computer screens. Hardly a Hello or goodbye. The 2 bedroom apartment was on the 6th floor on the side of the building. Not the ocean view I booked, more overlooking the car park. Super noisy until late at night with cars doing doughnuts and exhausts banging. Crazy. The room looked clean until a slipper slipped under the bed. The used tissues from previous guests are probably still there. Breakfast buffet was OK but nothing special. Eggs were great the first morning, terrible the next. Upon check out I handed in 5 luggage tags. Only 4 bags were loaded into the Uber which we only realised when we arrived at the Airport. Fortunately we were early so one of us could go back, collect it, and come back to the airport. Really not great.

Location and view are amazing.

We had roaches in our hotel room. It was disturbing. Some people live in the building full time and don’t use the cleaning service. We told 4 different people at the hotel, front desk, manager and housekeeper and no one ever did anything except say sorry. Way too expensive for roaches.

The sea and pool view was beautiful. Location location perfect everything was just a door away and the room esthetics.The staff is professional and friendly.Definitely coming back again room 623.

The noise of cars at night. It's impossible to sleep but there's nothing you can do

room service was not up to scratch on the service side, food was good but got no cutlery and condiments , when requested they arrived 30 min after the food.

It is very neat and has all the utensils needed for self catering. Shops are within the building

The beach doesn’t have access to the gates at the bottom of the resort so it’s a long walk going from the pool side
