Just the lobby

They gave us a small room in the back of the hotel. Very disappointing. It felt like I was staying at a hostel, not a 3 star hotel. When I was booking, I was under the impression that it was a 3 star hotel. Hotel failed to live up to the expectations

We really enjoyed the dinner - the lamb curry was very good and tasty. Compliments to the chef. The food at the Rotary event was also very delicious. Ma Mkhize at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The noise of the bus in the mornings.

I liked everything except for the fact that you guys have ironing board not the iron ? we would have bought mine if I knew earlier, but despite that everything is perfect fine and it met my expectations ?? definitely gonna come back ??

I felt like I was bothering the receptionist when I kept on asking questions.

The view of the city from the window and suncoast casino, breakfast was superb meeting our expectations.

Great location, lovely rooms (I even had a view of the sea from my side window), a really pleasant surprise as the rate was good being so central.

I think they need to not charge us for parking as clients

The location was near every tourist attraction I wanted to visit, they had smart tv, great furniture, very comfortable and clean rooms

The elevators are either out of service and some are way too old and looks like a cage!

door doesn’t close probably so when the wind was blowing, it was banging slightly.

Breakfast was good but took very long on day 1 even though it was empty. Frontline staff were very accommodating since I arrived early

Cleaning staff not paying attention in rooms. Not replacing condiments or towels. Also saw dishes left outside an exit door for 2 days.

The breakfast, everything was good and the staff was sweet.

No communication. Wen we got into the room past 3-4 pm we found no towels. Wen I called they told us no laundry was dilivered on the day. N they asked u want to use the towel.? Oh really! Was even ashamed of responding on that. They give 2 toilet paper a day, I finished mine. Wen I called n asked a papper unfortunately I didn’t receive one. I felt like im bothering people.?

The property was clean

When we arrive never had towels in our room. We had to request for them. You have to wait for long when phoning and requesting to things like Iron or Hairdryer. It would be nice if each room could have it own hairdryer and Iron. We ordered from the restaurant the food was lovely, but the service and the bar was not so great.

The place is very clean and beautiful also close to to the sea ?

I didn’t like the fact that these no backup for load shedding also didn’t like the towels the small and hard.

Affordable

Noise is too much. People be playing music at night too plus children crying

Very clean and the bed is comfortable and big .. internet connection is fast and also the smart tv made intertainment easy …

Tv volume was on 15 but we recieved a noise complaint
