Everything was good and even the parking by your staff to a safe premises Incase in-house parking is full

Noisy visitors above our floor.

The breakfast was amazing and friendly security guards and staff.My daughter loved the cheff said he is very friendly and accommodating.

Towels are dull they need to be replaced

Hotel is average room dusty not vacumed after many requests very noisy and untidy... parking issues being disturbed late hours of night to move vehicle. No management around

I like the staff, food and location.

My wife saw a cochroch on her food when haven breakfast on the first day and was not happy. She called the waiter and showed her and they apologized.

We ordered Al Le carte breakfast didn't expect to get 2 cocktail sausages and such a small omlette with hardly any filling for R95.. Very disappointed

We had to request for towels so many times and waited so long for them.. We had a 2 night stay with 4 in a double room but they put 2 towels and 2 toilet rolls for both nights and we are ladies.. Asked for a blow dryer and iron had such a long wait for that aswell I'm disappointed

The lift was not working, we have had to use stairs but the staff assisted by carrying laugage

The food were fresh, the view was epic

Visitors must control their kids cause they run on passages and going up and down the lifts making noise

Break fast was good. Dinner wasn't bad either for the price we paid

check in was a little bit of a hustle, my request for two single beds was not fulfilled until i had to enquire about it. had to wait for someone to check out so i can get a room with 2 single beds.

Good food, great view, exceptional staff.

Staff are always willing to help and super friendly. Even though my booking was last-minute, they made sure my room was ready. They were willing to move my family to another room as the first was not to our liking.

The dinner took so long to be prepared, and what we received was tasteless. The facilities should be refurbished, as some things are getting old and falling apart.

PARKING YOUR CAR INSIDE IS A CHALLENGE. THE SPACE IS LIMITED, IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. IF YOU DON'T GET A SPACE YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR CAR KEYS TO A HOTEL DRIVER TO PARK YOUR CAR 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL.

Sea view hotel,very close to the beach and other entertainment places.

The first two days cookers/chefs were not as professional and friendly as they should.

I didn’t like how unclean the bathroom can be and the juice served at breakfast ,the lift is too small

I can't even example how excited i am about my visit I just wish to stay there for goodStaff are professional and friendly The place is clean and beautiful
