There is no DSTV.There is with useless remote control .

Privacy. Safe environment.

The loud music from the amenities close by went on through the early parts of the morning and it was difficult to fall off to sleep.I suggest the hotel provide clients with earplugs.

The room was convenient for our one night. We did not try the breakfast or the room service. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and all the basic needs were met.

Non-slip mats in the bathroom. My hubby slipped when he was getting out of the shower, thankfully he was not badly hurt but it is very dangerous. The windows need to be fixed, they do not close properly.

Breakfast was great and the reception staff were super helpful and always courteous. They made my stay memorable, especially the lady that checked me in. Keep it up with the awesome service.

Noise from Tarven that is very close. It made it hard to sleep.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, neat and spacious.

The NOISE!!!! It was impossible to sleep till 2 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night. Not recommended when you want any sleep before the morning hours.

Friendly staff and good location closer to all the restaurants and supermarkets

They need to fumigate the rooms there were coacroches, the electronic safes were not working they also need to provide microwaves in the rooms we ended up eating cold foods.

The noise, we mama! Running Comrades and not sleeping even an hour because it's on the very busy street, with heyi the music, the sound, the fights across the street.

It was a good location and value for money, just noise from the bar downstairs on Friday evenings

Noise from other tenantsRooms dated and needs some maintenance. (Chalking of tiles, chrome fittings in bathroom starting to rust.

It was clean and peaceful. Receptionist was open and welcoming.it was peaceful I thought the noise in cubana was going to disturb but it was quite peaceful we slept through the whole night with no problems.

I wouldn't say I didn't like this but as a first time guess I had to look for my own room which was a bit uncomfortable because I don't know the building now I have to wonder around looking at the numbers on the door to find my room.

Shower drain was not free draining. Comforter on bed was much too heavy for the climate in Durban. I feel it was over priced. very basic, but clean.

I liked the friendly staff especially from the receiption a guy named Melusi helped me alot.ihave a problem of sleep walking and he made sure I was safe and secured thank you so much .
