There was nothing nice about that place

It was not clean and there is no water they gave us R5l to use for the whole night the next day I had to buy water

I moved my stay to a day later, Only to find out they do not have water.

There was no water, I never checked in.

noise, elevator not working, only hot water in the shower

The price doesn't worth the place. Photos are deciving

We has to go to 5th by stairs tjo it was a nightmare. Passage were scary

Room was neat and bathroom was very neat. the place was safe as it has security and cameras all over.

2 towels should have been provided instead of 1.Rooms should have tv remotes as we we didn't like the channel that was set. We wanted to change the channel but the remote was not there. Also should try to fix the lift.

Bad

The drain was blocked.. water was coming straight to the room.. I have to use towel to mop. I called them to inform not answering the phone..Bedding was a bit smelling

Lift is not working had to walk up to fifth floor while I'm sick no cold water on the basin

To upstairs to fifth floor while sick ??

The staff were friendly

There's no water,TV wasn't working, room were not knocked

The water for bathing was fine

*The room was smelling and the bedding was dirty*No remotes for TV*No carpets in the room and bathroom

Not recommended this hell hotel i hate it in my life

They requested me to pay i paid and send them proof still they locked up the doors claiming i have to wait until the money reflect on their bank which is African bank from absa while i sent them proof of payment and payment notification,nonsense

All was disaster, thank you. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Noisy night from the passing vehicles in the nearby street. Cockroaches in the bedroom. No proper wardrobes. Broken bathroom showers. Leaking sink. One dirty bathroom towel provided. Old dirty blankets. Yoh! Even the building needs major renovation. We did not enjoy anything.

Only the staff they are lovely

I didn't like the 207 room how come you dnt even put a brush in the toilet?The place looks awkwardAlthough it's around town

The receptionist, she was friendly.

Hotel easy to find

Construction in progress while allowing bookings to pour in

All I can tell you room was bad stink no soup no mirror TV was not playing blanket was bad every thing

Nothing I like for this hotel

The bed is comforting with an extra blanket and the rooms are clean

The shower was clean but with not enough water and sometimes with no cold water and the is no table or anything where you can put your food or belongings.

Nothing it was very dusty tissues on the floor in the toilet and we didn't sleep there.

Zero i Hate it making money out of with nothing to offer.

The location was near a lot places easy to find.

Staff was not nice. They were no not informative. They did not watch there reservations.

I booked a 3room bed ..i got 1 double bed we have to share n after ddnt get a refund..
